Calvine woke up before too long, not sure what time it was but seeing Cedrick looking over something and eating. She did seem distracted by her work which was about normal. She was in her robes at the time so it be easy to get them out of it but it did depend on what her mood was. When she came back from the shower, he greeted them. "So how have things with your daughter been going along?"

Cedrick shrugs "As well as expected. Masato wants to leave the 'medical room' that she finds herself in. But I told her she is still sick." she says as she sits back down and starts looking over her read outs "Once her body is finished, and Ness gets back, she will finally be able to leave the holodeck and live again." she says, a hint of relief in her voice.

Calvine nodded a bit, glad that was going well. "That's good. How long until her body should be about done?" As for Ness when he came back it was kind up in the air depending how things went.

Cedrick looks over some different readings "According to this, it's already complete. We just need to wait until Ness gets back before we can do anything." she says "His report said he would be gone for a few days, however." she mumbles. She really wanted Ness to hurry back so she could get her daughter back.

Calvine could understand that, but after everything else a break or just taking it easy wouldn't hurt Ness. "Then he'll be back then unless something comes up, but I doubt he's gonna run into any big crisis just getting a deal done. He'll be back before you know it."

Cedrick looks at Calvine quite skeptically "This Is Ness you are talking about." she points out "If there was a way to turn running to the store for some milk, into an adventure, he would find a way to do so."

Calvine chuckled lightly in response. "Point, point. So at this point that's out of your control, but the good news while it may take longer then you like your daughter is fine, and will be better. That's the important thing."

Cedrick nods "Indeed. Though, I do wonder if there will be any long term side effects to this kind of procedure." she says "As I recall, nothing like this has ever been done in all of Starfleet." she says, bringing up medical files that are relevant.

"Really? Huh.." Calvine mumbled thinking. "That is a good question. But since I haven't really studied genetics and medical stuff I couldn't even begin to guess. Hopefully nothing too severe though. I know she has a new body, but would she still have access to her Symbiote powers?"

Cedrick shrugs, the robe falling off one shoulder "I, honestly, could not tell you." she says "I never bothered to ask what Ness was doing and just let him do his thing, as I have no reason to doubt his work." she points out "However, when he gets back, I believe I shall ask him."
