Rain of Fire

High above Noreal a meteor comes barreling towards the planet, already the people who watch the skys for a living should be able to detect. It was a pretty sizable one. Nothing world threatening, but it would kick up some dust if it were to make land fall, luckily it looks like it would pass right by Noreal.

Suddenly, and without warning, the meteor could be seen Changing direction! It was Now heading Right for Noreal! More localized, it was heading towards Frosa City! However, the weird part just happened. Those same people who watch the skys for a living Just got word that the meteor that was heading towards Frosa City, had just Slowed down shortly before entering the atmosphere!

Since Caleb was apart of the Royal Guards he was also informed just incase they needed to get civilians away and to safety. The experts found it strange it was changing direction like it was, so some theorized it may in fact be a ship possibly instead.

Naturally this was kept under wraps, considering all the times Noreal got into contact with foreign entities not of their choice it always ended bad until recently. Fiends and the Hollow Host being prime example of said thing.

That said, he and a small team would keep tabs as were other authorities to investigate where ever it was landing. They would keep civilians away from the landing spot to, they needed to be cautious for the time being.

As the meteor was heading towards Frosa city, it suddenly changes course again, this time it was set to hit outside of the city. Somewhere about a mile or two away. And then, it impacts into the ground, but at a reduced velocity, which kicks up less dust and particulates than estimated.

Upon further inspection, it was a large ball of metal. It suddenly starts to click open and take shape into something familiar to the people of Noreal and once it stands up, fully formed, it looked like a Metal Draner! It growls something as it looks around, then takes off, heading straight towards the city, more specifically, straight to the palace!

The people in the palace were informed the 'meteor' was in fact some strange being that resembled a Draner. While no one was sure what it wanted or its intentions it didn't seem good so they prepared for the worse. A transparent blue magic barrier formed around the palace, depending how strong the creature was it still might be able to break through but it give them some time.

In the mean time some gunship had arrived on the scene and were prepared for the worse. "You're in restricted air space. Stand down or be shot down." The voice said over a loud intercom.

Chances were, the creature either didn't understand or didn't care but they would give them a Few second before they all went in guns blazing.

The "Cyber Draner" stops in its tracks then takes a dive to the ground, landing hard on the streets. It suddenly starts to change and compact, folding and clicking its pieces and parts into a small form, until it finally takes the shape of a Robotic Humanoid and holds its hands up in a sign that it means no harm "I mean no harm. My name is Alten Orphox. I need to talk to whoever is currently in charge." he says.

The people in the force sent to stop the unknown being weren't sure what to make of the strange being. They honestly hadn't seen anything like it, at least nothing anyone present could recall. They relayed what little information they had to the others, but everyone was still cautious.

A few moments later, Caleb a few others approached but were still cautious. "Alten Orphox was it? My name is Caleb part of the royal guards. Why do you need to speak to those in charge?"

Alten looks around at the onlookers, then focuses on Caleb "I believe it's best if we were to go somewhere out of the public eye before we talk any further." he says as a crowd was beginning to form.

The other guards and authorities present did their job of keeping the crowd at bay. It wasn't just Everyday a life form like them came about nor having things like miltary grade helicopters come around so obviously something was up.

"This way. We can talk there so I can hear you out first." Caleb wasn't in any room to judge, after all he and his people came about in a unusual way. He needed to vet the newcomer and such to determine how legit they were before going further. So to that end, they were escorted to the nearby Vanguard base.

Once that part was done they got somewhere private they could talk. Caleb turned towards them. "All right, you have the floor. After you're done we can go from there. And if it all seems legit I'll take you to those in charge." He and he was sure many other had questions to, as why their other formed looked so much like a Draner.

Alten was at least ten feet tall and was Very heavy, so he choose to stand "As I said before, my name is Alten Orphox. I was a part of the crew of the first maned mission from Noreal to reach one of the outer planets of our solar system, but my spacecraft was caught in a subspace eddy and dragged thousands and thousands of light years away from Noreal..." he explains.

"Many of my crew were dead, having been killed in the eddy, the spacecraft was damaged beyond our capabilities to repair it, but we kept recording everything we encountered... until we came across Them..." he says in a low voice "They are called the Trojan and they have one goal: To Cyberform any world they encounter and now they have targeted Noreal." he says in an ominous tone "I have come to warn my home of this impending threat. They are already on their way here. We have less then a month before they get here." he finishes.

Caleb kept his face stoic but he was not happy about the news. Who honestly would be? It did make some sense considering they had aided earth that time ago they may want to track them down as well.

"..We know of the Trojan. We fought with them briefly to help earth some time ago. You'll be filled in, you obviously missed a lot since you were away.." And why was the name Now clicking? He checked something briefly to confirm, and so far checked out.  "If they are to come here, I'll have to let everyone know at once." Noreal was somewhat close to earth so they would need to be informed anyway about them coming. "How did you manage to keep your will intact? Most people, or pretty much everyone we know of lost theirs to who ever is in charge of said hive."

Alten nods "A fair question." he says "After failing to conquer the planet called Earth, the Trojan queen had left for parts of the universe unknown, which severed the link to the remaining Trojan, which caused us all to regain our freedoms. Many started to fight over whom should lead, I took this opportunity to make my escape and come home, finally." he explains "There are several planets they have targeted, Alus, Noreal, Acor, just to name a few, but the only one that concerned me, was Noreal. So I had to warn you to prepare for them, however you can." he finishes.

Caleb was putting the information away for later, but this was definitely a heavy day but at least they weren't caught with their pants down. There was absolutely no way they would have a fully functional space fleet by the time they hit, and even if they did it was unclear how it would stand against them at current.

"I'll take you to them then. The royal family will want to hear this in person and ask a few questions. This way, if you please." It was unfortunate what happened to Alten but at least they had their will back now.

True to his word, Caleb did lead them to the palace and sure Alten got looks and such but since he was getting cleared and his story checked out he was going to be let through. Soon enough they were inside the main room. Queen Andaline was there as was King Lucien. Even their young daughter princess Trienna was there.

It was the king that spoke up first. "Though we wish it was under better conditions, we welcome you back home and we're sorry for the loss of your crew.  We'll make sure they are properly remembered."

"We were told brief summary of what happened." Andaline explained. "I already had informed one of the Hunter represantives so we'll hear back sooner or later. Me and my husband were wondering if perhaps you knew who was now in charge of the Trojan currently before you left? Armies require coordination so someone must have taken charge after the queen left."

Alten gives a brief bow to the King and Queen "He calls himself King Legion. He started off as a scientist but after the Queen left, his voice was the loudest and now the Trojan rally behind him." he explains "Before he could establish a new collective amongst the Trojan, I had already left for Noreal and since his retreat from Alus, he has focused on the other planets on his 'To Conquer' list. The closest being Noreal." he tells them.

Lucien was thinking perhaps another reason they wanted to go after Noreal soon was its location. If they wanted revenge on earth then it be a good spear head point. "Do you remember the other planets that were on the list? While we can't do too much its still important if we can for others if possible to deny them any more room to expand. Not only would it save other lives but it'll keep them from getting stronger and more numerous."

Alten nods "Yes. There is Noreal, of course, Acor, Hylia, the Entire Lylat System, and Vegeta." he says "All of those planets have sentient life on it that has the ability to travel between the stars, even if it's just in its infancy." he tells them.

High above Frosa city, in synchronous orbit, a massive portal opens. It was swirling blue/black with lightning in the middle that was 'breaking' off the center. The typical PK Vortex, and out of the PK Vortex, a ship comes out that reads USS Andromeda on it before the PK Vortex snaps closed!

Back down in the throne room, by the entrance door, a Transporter Cycles and Ness was standing there. He looks around, he was facing the doors, and turns to everyone else "Ah! Greetings, everyone!" he calls to them.

Altem, not knowing who Ness was, points his arm to this new 'Intruder' and it chances into an fusion cannon "Hold, Intruder! State your purpose here." he says as he moves in front of the King and Queen to shield them from harm.

Caleb was there but since it was just a discussion between them there wasn't much to add at the moment just more paying attention to what was going on. That was until some transportation cycle came and he was on guard instantly as was everyone else, only relaxing a bit when they saw who it was.

Queen Andaline went to calm the situation. "At ease Altem. This man name is Ness and he along with Paragon corp has recently helped with our space techology. They also saved the Terdis Tree. They're trustworthy."

"Indeed. Though next time, please give a warning or heads up next time." Lucien added. "I assume you were filled in already?"

Alten puts his fusion cannon away. If he helped Noreal and the royal family counted him as a friend and ally, so shall he.

Ness nods "I am indeed." he says "And for now, let's do nothing but wait. In an hour, the representative from the Hunters will come back with news that Earth will be standing with Noreal against the Trojan, along with some New allies." he tells them, sounding vert confident in his predictions.

Alten, however, didn't share Ness' optimism "How can you be so caviler about the Trojan? They Destroy worlds! Whole Races, cyberformed into twisted versions of their former selves." he points out "That's not a future I wish to ever see befall Noreal, my home! I would give my Life to save it and her people." he declares.

Ness nods "I know you would. But you don't have to. The people who will be coming here, well, let's just say, while everyone else here will have no idea who they are, You and I will. Cybertronians, Earthlings, Artican. They will be coming here with, let's just say, Adequate forces." he tells Alten.

The Trojan seems to relax "Are you Certain?" he asks "Because if you are..." he looks to the royal family "Your majesties, the names this Ness had just said, are the names of the races who had fought back the Trojan threat individually and if all Three of them are coming here, Noreal may yet survive this approaching calamity." he tells them.

Lucien knew of the earthlings and what they did of course. They had after all had been there. He wasn't sure how much difference Noreal being there actually mattered or it be the same but they would have done the same. You were suppose to look after allies because there might be a time you might need them. Not to mention they were Too much of a threat to ignore.

"I didn't expect earth to have other allies in the stars. If its as you say then that is good news." Alten's Draner form was twisted to what it was, but he pondered if maybe they had a working blue print for fully functional modern armor for Draner that morphed and changed shape with them. There had been many attempts but there always issues with it. Something to think about later.

"Then wait we shall." Andaline said, taking the information in. "Was there anything else you wished to tell us while we wait?"

Trienna had mostly remained silent, but it didn't mean she wasn't listening and keeping notes. They had more urgent things to take care of prirotity wise, but she wondered if there was a way to reverse the 'cyber process' Trojan had forced people to go through against their will. She would like to help Alten and those like them if it could be helped.

Ness looks over to Trienna and lightly shakes his head, before focusing on Andaline "Yes. While we wait for the Hunters to return with news, we will talk about our own strategy to kombat the Trojan." he pulls out a small holo-emitter that projects Noreal.

Ness points to a location outside of the planet's orbit "I'll position my ship about here, while the rest of the incoming fleet will remain behind to protect Noreal." he says "Unlike Alus, the Trojan are sending an invasion fleet. They mean to conquer this planet, enslave it's people, and cyberform everyone here." he tells them.

Alten shakes his head "I will hold back the legions myself before I see that happen!" he clenches a robotic fist.

Ness holds up a hand "Calm down. You won't need to do any fighting." he tells tye Trojan "In fact, if it's alright with the King ajd Queen, I would like You to remain here with their personal guards and help protect them." he says as he looks to Trienna "I would also like to suggest, for her safety, that the Princess be sent to Earth, under the Hunter's protection." he says to them.

Andaline was debating on herself when the time came how best to use her summons, they were powerful but they couldn't be everywhere at once. In her mind, they were best used protecting civilians since they already had their own security. Lucien was the one who spoke first in regards to their daughter. "That is fine to have them. And Trienna, I think it best you go along with that idea. We'll have you escorted there."

The young woman wasn't happy with that, but she also knew she wasn't strong like her parents were on their own ways. She didn't even have a strong summon, either. "All right."

"Roughly how much time do we have?" Caleb asked after a moment. "All I know its less then a month, which could be a decent wide range."

Ness thinks for a moment "You have about three weeks, two days, and two hours before the first ships arrive." he says "That's plenty of time to make sure that the people of Noreal are safe and have underground shelters where they can be safe, because after all, it's they who need protecting." he says.

Alten nods "I agree. We need to protect the people of Noreal. But it will take more than three weeks to build appropriate shelters for all of them." he points out.

Ness thinks for a moment "Maybe not. My ship, the Andromeda, can transport full structures wherever I want them to go." he tells them "With your Majesties permission, I would like to talk with designers and city planners on where to start transporting these safety bunkers to." he asks "As well as talking to your generals about providing armor and shielding for your ground troops. Also, I think I should talk to your engineers about your ships. I believe I can get at least two, Maybe three before the Torjan show up." he says.

"While I'm not sure how much difference that small amount of ships would make against a fleet, I'll leave that aspect to you. Space combat is new to us." Lucien admitted. A good leader didn't mean you were suberb in every aspect but knew what people were good at so they could best use their strengths collectively. "Caleb will assist you in anyway he can including taking you where ever you may need to go. That being said, of course you have permission."

"Consider it done." Caleb said simply, completely focused.

"You wanted to see me your majesty?" A man in a sleek type of armor came into view after the doors were opened in the throne room.

"Perfect timing." Andaline started, introducing the man to Ness. "Ness, this is Captain Lennix. Lennix is in charge of our Reaper Ops. Think of them of special forces of ours. Since you're more knowledgeable of what we're dealing with, they'll learn a lot from you."

"Understood." The Captain turned, regarding Ness and Alten for a moment as they were new, then went to take off his helmet which did after a slight 'hiss' sound. It seemed to be a normal young man, but young was relative to Noreal. "Seems we'll be working together.  It'll be a honor to work along side you."

Ness nods "We also need to figure out what to do to protect the King and Queen, as the Trojan will consider them as high value targets." he says "Capture the royal family and the armies lose their will to keep fighting, for fear the King and Queen will be hurt." he explains.

Alten shakes his head "That will Not happen. Not while I stand guard over them." he states.

Ness nods "I have no doubt. But we need to put them in their own bunker where they can keep tabs on the battle as well as direct the fight in case something unfortunate happens to their generals." he says. Ness was actually waiting for the people he needs to start beaming down the bunkers down.

He looks back to the King and Queen "I will also need your permission to employ my own work force so I can get those ships ready." he Was, of course, talking about NS-5s as well as a few other robots.

"Of course. This is a matter of our people and survival." Lucien and Andaline were more then fine with it. It would be stupid not to considering the situation and what Ness had done, he always have a extra home here not that he needed it.

"With permission I can have a squad of my Reapers to help." Lennix offered, although he was fine if they had other plans.

"It would be appreciated it." Andaline said sincerely, turning back to Ness. "Do you have a estimate for the other allies arriving? It would help if we had time to coordinate rather then the last minute, but if nothing else at least we'll have time with earth."

"It might not hurt to have other allies helping with the protection aspect. Maybe even turn the bunker partly into a command center, as Ness hinted at." Caleb suggested.

Ness thinks for a bit "It all depends on when they're told. The Cybertronians will get here at once. The Artican will get here not long after, but the Earthlings will likely get here at the last moment. They are the ones who have the most preparations to take care of." he tells them.

He looks over to Lennix and Caleb "You both ready to head up to my ship and start to get everything all ready to rock and roll?" he asks them.
