Distractions

The problem was, Angel didn't know where to go and she didn't speak Japanese, so she couldn't ask for directions. She also couldn't Read Japanese, so she could look it up, unless she translated the text, which she did and she found out that they were some ways from the forest and since she really didn't feel like flying all the way there, she lost interest, just like that, and was, once again, bored. Angel was nothing if not random like that.

Aron wasn't too surprised that happened, you never know what exactly was floating in the young woman's mind. He decided to offer some suggestions, since this was his home turf after all. "We'll, there are a few other things we can do. There is the Sky Hop Bus, where you basically have a full view of the city with different stops along the way. There's the Tokyo Sky Tree where you can get a nice view once up there. Not sure if any of them interest you though."

Angel thinks for a bit. She thought about mentioning something as obvious as the wings on Aron's back, that both of them could fly. But it was such a nice thought, that she didn't say anything about them flying "That sounds like fun." she says, a smile on her face.

"We'll see about the Sky Hop bus and go from there."

Aron decided that the Sky Hop bus would be a good bet, that way not only could Angel see the sights more but if she saw in shops or places that caught her eye, they could stop and check it out along the way. There weren't as many tourist as there were normally so it wasn't as crowded which was a good thing in his eyes.

He paid for them both before finding a spot they could sit next to each other on the trip.

Angel was, of course, right by the window watching everything with a keen eye an making a mental note of other things "Where will we be going for our next destination?" she asks as she looks over to Aron "I'm thinking of some place with ice cream. Maybe a place where I can get a banana split or a root beer float." she says.

"How about we get ice cream and go from there? I know a pretty decent small place not that far from here. They make killer floats too." They weren't on a date, but it did seem like it from the outside looking in.

Angel blinks in surprise "A killer float?" she asks "I'm not sure I would enjoy a float that'll try to kill me." she says. With Angel, it's hard to tell if she was being serious or not, though, if Persephone were there, she would be able to tell.

Aron shook his head. "It's just slang. Like if someone calls something cool, it doesn't mean something is literally cold just that they like it. Killer in this case just means really good." He paused a bit. "While a bit on the subject I'm just curious and there aren't misunderstandings. Last night you mentioned if you wanted to sleep together just ask Did you mean simply sleep together as being in the same room like I thought, or something more intimate like sex?"

Angel blinks, wracking her brain, then something seems to click "Oh! I was talking about sleeping in the same room, silly." she says "Mother said that I shouldn't get intimate with anyone unless I have true feelings for them and will ask for their hand." she says with an innocent smile, as always.

"I figured, was just checking. That's not a bad mind set to have, not too many have that anymore. I'm sure you'll find someone someday." Aron figured while on this subject he should bring up something. "Angel? I need a bit of a favor from you. Can you please stop stripping naked and such in front of me? It's very distracting, and I don't think you even realize you're doing it. It's kind of my fault because I haven't said anything on it until now, but I'd greatly appreciate it."

Angel thinks for a bit. She really didn't know why it was so distracting to Aron, since her and Persephone have the same features and she was fairly certain that he had seen Persephone naked on many occasions and it was pretty much the same thing in her mind, but... "I'll try?"

"Thank you. But enough of that, you came here to have fun right? Let's go get you those floats." He made sure they got their stop before they were dropped off.

The place he was after Was a small ice cream shop you would have missed, but it didn't matter. Aron knew the people and the quaulity of the place. "Go ahead."

Angel looks around the menu "I believe I shall have a vanilla float and a banana split, please." she says to the person behind the counter "Oh! And a strawberry shake with some fries." she says with a smile.

Aron paid for their ice cream, he himself just getting vanilla. "So, I was thinking our next place after this may be something like London. Not sure if its a place you'd be interested in. Heard some mixed things about this place called Shad, too."

Angel thinks for a bit "Daddy told me to stay away from Shad unless I had important business there." she takes a sip from her shake, then one from her float "As for London, I would rather avoid it. It has the greatest concentration of vampire hunters than any place on the planet." she says with a sweet smile.

Aron shrugged mentally to that. "All right. I guess we can just figure out as we go, its what we've been doing so far after all."

Angel nods "Yup! It's what we've been doing so far and we're pretty good at" she says with a smile. She had finished off her shake and fries and was working on her split and float. But she was thinking about getting a burger.

For such a small framed young woman, she could really pack it away if she wanted to without gaining any weight, She might just have a fast metabolism, or it might be due to what she was. "Its all on me, so eat as much as you want."

As it turned out, it was really both. Not that it really mattered to Angel, she ordered a burger with fries and no mustard or onions, super sized! She also ordered another shake and a second burger for Aron. She wasn't keen on eating alone.

"Uh, thanks." Aron wasn't too hungry, but to make Angel more comfortable he'd eat a bit more. He had to admit he liked seeing his family again and visting home, but he was also looking forward to being on the road again as well.

After Angel had finished her 'Meal', she wasn't feeling too good "Uhhh..." she groans, holding her stomach "My tummy doesn't feel too good..." she mumbles.

Aron frowned a bit to that. "I was worried about that, you probably just over did it with your meal. I think we should head back so you could get it out of your system."

Angel stands, wobbles a bit, then starts lurching over to the ladies bathroom "If you'll excuse me...I have to powder my nose..." she mumbles.

Aron knew better then to say anything else and simply nodded. "All right. I'll wait for you here."

It was about five minuets later when Angel comes back out. She was looking so much better "Sorry for keeping you." she says "But I feel much better." she says with a toothy smile "We ma leave whenever you wish."
