Distractions

Aron decided it was a good time to calling in and let Angel digest the rest of her food; he knew how sluggish one could be after eating a long good whole meal.

He escorted Angel to the bus so they could go home.

Angel felt fine after she took one of her health potions. She would have to ask Persephone if she could make some more, since Angel was running a bit low.

Persephone comes out "Welcome back you two." she says, wiping off her hands "How was your adventure?" she asks.

Angels laughs lightly "Oh, Persephone.Why would you need to ask that? You were there, weren't you?"

She was? Why hadn't she just asked to come instead of stealth if that was her thing. He was probably going to ask about that later soon. "Is that true you were there the whole time?" He wasn't upset if that was the case, more of wondering what was going on. Though it was probably just checking on Angel, like normal and he was over thinking it.

Persephone thought about ot telling the truth or with holding it, but she had already been caught and lying about it now would d no good for anyone.

She nods "Yes. I was there. But only during the last half of your adventure." she says.

"And why were you there and not here, like you said you would be?" Angel asks.

Persephone looks down, avoiding eye contact with Angel "Because I was concerned about both your well being." she says.

Angel walks over to the demonic maid and pats her on the head "Persephone, if next you wish to join, do say so. Skulking around on the rooftops is not very dignified of you." she says with a smile.

That was something Aron could fully agree with as he smiled at Peresphone. "I have to agree with Angel. You worry about us, but we do worry about you too, you know."

Persephone nods "I know and I appreciate it. But remember, I was made so you wouldn't have to worry. So as long as I am here, please don't worry about me. Because it would mean that I had failed in at least one of my duties. she says.

Angel blinks in confusion "Persephone, would you tell the tars to stop shining on a whim? Or tell a mountain to move because it's view offends you? We can not stop worrying any more than we can do those other things." she points out "It is, how do they say, 'Human Nature'? So if, because we are concerned for your wellbeing, that you say you fail, I suppose that's alright."

Aron nodded. "Angel is right, we can't help it as much as you can't help wanting to serve so its something we'll all just have to deal with. So if something is bothering you or is o your mind, you can always come to us."

Persephone nods slowly "As you wish..." she mumbles, knowing that she lost this battle. Though, Aron comparing his worrying over her to her worrying over them, wasn't Exactly the same thing, but it got the point across.

The maid clears her throat "If I may be so bold to ask, do we known when we might be leaving or where we might be going next?" she asks.

Angel shakes her head "No is the answer, to both of your questions." she says "And until we know where our next destination lay, we shall remain here." she points out.

Aron was a bit confused. "But I thought we planned to leave tomorrow morning, remember? We were just going to our usual open road approach." He couldn't be the only one who remembered that.

Angel also blinks in confusion "Won't we run out of places to see really quickly if we travel like that, though?" she asks "Isn't it better to plan, even if a little, were we intend to go?"

"Its what we we've been doing this whole time for the most part." Aron pointed out. "But if you want to stay until we get an idea, that's fine." Maybe the other two would come up with something since his never fell through as of late.

Aron should have guessed the answer to that by now. Persephone wouldn't give her opinion on where to go, because it wasn't her place to tell them what to do, and Angel relied on Aron to pick the locations they went to. So, in the end, it was, as usual, up to Aron to decide where they went.

Aron did get some idea then. "How about Greece, Italy or Rome? I haven't been to either."

Angel blinks in confusion again "Rome? Yes you have. Rome is where Castlevania is located." she says "But I don't have any problem with the other two. Especially Italy." she says, a sparkle in her golden eyes.

Aron nodded. "We'll go to Italty then tomorrow. In the mean time, lets head back inside. It looks like it might start raining soon anyway."

Angel frowns, she didn't like the rain, mainly because without her special relic, it would burn her, but partly because it made outside activities hard. She wanders on inside, while Persephone goes back to the RV to finish what she was doing.

Vanessa was cleaning and doing a few other things when she noticed the two come back. "Welcome back you two. Have a good trip?"

Angel nods "We, indeed, did. Perhaps,should we do so in the future, you and your children could join us." she says with a smile.

Vanessa was more then fine with that idea. "I wouldn't mind doing something like that in the future if it comes down to it. I know the other two would like it. I wanted to travel a bit with them but I haven't been able to with some of my duties and responsiblties here."

Angel thinks for a bit "If you like, I can have one of my many servants assist you here." he offers "I'm thinking one of Persephone's sisters, but what one?" she mainly asks herself.

"I wouldn't mind the extra help. How long would it take for them to get here?" Vanessa didn't really mind, as long as it wasn't too much trouble.

"If you can't decide, maybe Jasmine." Aron suggested to Angel, but he was sure all of them were good at their job so it wouldn't really matter.

Angel thinks for a bit, then nods "Yes, I shall talk with Jasmine to see if this is something she would like to do." she says. Though How, exactly, she didn't know. She had no way to Directly communicate with Castlevania.

"Maybe Peresphone would know a way to get into contact with them faster? Regardless, if she or any of the others decide to come I think we should stay a bit longer, just so they get adjusted." It wasn't like they were in a rush.

Angel suddenly perks up "Oh! Mally!" she says, suddenly remembering Persephone's little sister had followed them.

The young ghost shimmers into view in front of Angel "You called, Lady Angel? How may I serve you today?" she says with a curtsie.

"I need you to go back to Castlevania and summon Jasmine to me." she says.

Mally curtsies again "I shall put my best effort forwards, Lady Angel, and will return when I have news." she says, ten shimmers from view.

Vanessa had seen a lot, but this was a first for her. "..Is she an ghost or am I seeing things?"

Aron nodded to her. "Yeah she is."

"First time seeing an ghost, I didn't think they were real but if they are it opens a door to a lot of things I've wondered about. Though I'm not concerned about that, I'm quite happy where I am now." It did make Vanessa wonder of some other things, but it was just an thought experiment.
