Waiting

The warehouse looked pretty much the same and there wasn't any security, well, aside from KOS-MOS standing outside. She looks over to Calvine "Greetings, Calvine." she says "May I assume that you're here to see Ness?" she asks "I am to inform anyone wishing to see him, that he is in the middle of some very delicate and can not be disturbed at this time." she says.

Calvine was a bit disapointed but he understood the need for not being bothered. "All right. Did he say when he might be done?"

KOS-MOS shakes her head "He failed to share that information. However, given the nature of what he's doing and how proficient he is at it, I would estimate that he will be finished later tonight." she says.

"You are Ness's friend, are you not?" she asks "As his friend you should know that Ness hasn't slept in almost two days. He has been keeping himself awake by injecting an artificial stimulant into his system." she informs Calvine.

Calvine frowned. "I see..we'll I'll talk to him when he's done. Just let him know I'll be at the lab or at home." With that he headed back to his base, he'd have to talk to Ness about not overworking himself to death.

It was a bit later when KOS-MOS comes walking back to Calvine's base "I have come to inform you that Ness is finished with his delicate work and is expecting you." she says.

Calvine stopped working on what he was doing, getting up. "Thank you I'll be right there." He wasn't sure what Ness was working on, it could have been energon or any other number of projects.

As Calvine approached the warehouse, the door opened as he got close "Welcome, Calvine Mort." a female voice says as he walks in. Ness had Definitely made some changes to it in the last two or so days.

It was now a Massive six story robotics lab and dry dock for some kind ship that Ness was working on, as well as a small assembly and testing station for NS-5s.

Ness comes walking down some stairs a smile on his face "Calvine, buddy! Sorry about shutting you out this morning, but I was working on a Telepresence Neural Net for a new suit." he says "So, what can I do for you?" he asks.

Tools were flying around their respective working stations and metals are broken down at the atomic level and start to reform into a new metal. It seemed Ness was doing this, while talking to Calvine.

Calvine was impressed as he came walking over, though he was confused. "Okay. What all have you been working on and was that voice a AI?"

Ness looks around and shakes his head "No, no. That's just a Pseudo Intelligence. Much like the computers on Starfleet ships." he says.

Than he nods to the under construction ship in the dry dock "That, when it's finished, is going to be a cargo ship/tug. I have a feeling that it's going to be needed when I get the space station up and running." he says.

He wanders over to a suit of armor that's currently under construction as well "And over here is my own personal suit of armor. Which reminds me, I would like to take a look at yours. Having run into a man who makes these things (but better) for a living and brain stormed with him, I would like to try some ideas on yours as well." he says.

Stopping at the NS-5 assembly line he checks some readings "And Here, is where your Real source of income will made. By making and selling NS-5s. I already got them patented and licensed to your company." he assures "As well as hired an army of top notch lawyers in Many different fields. All their contact data is on your personal computer." he says casually.

"Thank you man, you really didn't have to go that far out. KOS-MOS said you've been staying up, just be careful with it I don't want you to burn yourself out. But you're smart enough to know your limits so I won't pester you."

Calvine got his suit before too long, it had actually been a while since he had summoned the tihng. "Question. Who was the guy who builds these?"

Ness nods "Don't mention it." he says as he looks it over and checks a few things out "Hm. It's been some time since you've used this. Your Dino Gem is fully powered by now. Too bad it doesn't over charge and you get a power boost." he chuckles.

"You mean the fellow who showed me how to make proper suits?" he asks "Who do you think? It was none other then Tony Stark himself. He showed me how to quadruple the power output of my suits and more then a few other tricks as well." he says as he tinkers.

"Wait, so he's real? That means things like Thor, the Norse God super hero is actual thing somewhere too there?" Calvine shook his head a bit. He shouldn't really be surprised at all.

Ness nods "Everyone's real somewhere." he says simply "I had actually gone to the Cinematic Universe of the Marvel worlds." he says "They range from the Chitauri invasion of New York, to the Dark Elf invasion of Asgard and even Ronan the Accuser's war against Xandar." he points out.

"I've gone to that universe many times, much like this one. I helped Captain America stop Hydra. Helped the Avengers beat back the Chitauri and helped stop Malekith from destroying the universe." he says like it was no big deal "If you think they're impressive on screen, trust me, meeting them in real life is something else."

He sighs "I wasn't there to help when Emil Blonsky trashed New York with the Hulk, or when Crimson Dynamo fought Iron Man and War Machine or when Thor was banished. But I was there to help the Avengers." he says.

"I was with them on the Helicarrier just before the battle of New York. I got some Very interesting scans with my tricorder." he says with a sly grin "Captain America convinced Nick Fury that I was alright. I was pretty bummed that one of my buds died when Loki and his troops attacked the Helicarrier. But, death happens in war times." he mumbles.

"Afterwards, I helped Iron Man stop A.I.M. and their Extremis army. Than I traveled to one of the nine realms and helped Thor to quash some bandits and raiders. He convinced Odin that I was cool." he says with a fond smile.

"Odin said that I was a Human from Midgard, but at the same time, I wasn't either. That cryptic message still makes me scratch my head." he mumbles.

"Anyway, as the party went onto the night, me and Thor made a bet or, actually, a 'wager', as he put it. I would trade my most valued possession for his, if I was able to life his hammer, Mjölnir. I mean, I've heard about, I've read about it, but that was the first time I've seen it..." he says slowly.

"The next thing I know...I'm, um, standing there with, uh, Thor's hammer raised over head..." he mumbles that last part.

"W-well, I was just as surprised as Thor, but...Odin didn't seemed fazed at all by this. He said, after I got over the shock, that I possessed a pure heart, fierce determination and wisdom beyond what my years would suggest. That I do the right thing, for the sake of doing what's right. He said that virtue such as this should be rewarded and...uh, well...made me my own hammer...." he trails off.

"On the plus side, I now know how to make Uru, the metal that Mjölnir is made of. I also know how to make Adamantium, Omnium, Vibranium, Unobtainium. I know how to make Gamma monsters like the Hulk, I know how to make the Super Soldier serum that's in Captain America, Extremis, Iron Man's armor, Helicarriers and Quinjets." he says with a fakeish grin.

Calvine nodded slowly once he was finished, even after all the crazy stories it was still a lot to take in. "Before you leave, you're going have leave specs on some of those things where only I can read. I doubt I'll be using anything for the Gamma monsters and such though. Not unless I'm trying to pull together some special earth defense force or something. That might be a idea for later.."

Something then clicked. "So have you ever actually used that hammer before in a fight?"

Ness nods "Once. I normally keep it in my backpack and only intend on using it when my normal abilities aren't enough to get the job done." he says "So, what did you have in mind for me to leave behind?" he asks

This got a chuckle from the young inventor. "I actually don't know to where to even start man. I guess just leave behind anything that feels right. I'm glad you're here though, creating stuff doesn't have the same excitement when its solo work. I do have two questions because I'm curious, do you have a picture of these giant robots you said were like two hundred feet tall? And two, when did you ever have to use the hammer?"

Ness nods "It sure does. This is the most inspired to make something in a good long while." he says as he takes out a data pad and pulls something up.

"The robots are called 'Jaegers'. It's from the Germen word Jäger, which means 'Hunter'..." he holds up the data pad, which has two robots on it "On the left, you have Striker Eureka and on the right, you have Gipsy Danger." he says.

"There were many more, but these were the two that stood out from all the others. They both stand over two-hundred and fifty feet tall. They were created to battle Kaiju, which is Japanese for Monster. The monsters in question, stand just as tall and were systematically exterminating the Human race." he explains.

"Ironically enough, the first and only time I've used The Whacker, was when I was on that planet. My PK abilities were of little use against a massive, two-hundred foot Kaiju." he says with a slight shrug.

Calvine was looking this over, thinking. "They're pretty impressive looking overall. First time I've ever heard of a giant monster that large..then again I've never really ran into one unless you count that cyber dragon but he was probably too small to count. You've ran into about everything, don't tell me, you've ran into Godzilla before too right?"

Ness nods "A few different versions of him. I try not to get in his way much, because for the most part, he's here to help in his own way." he says "But yeah, I've encountered just about everything at one point or another." he says simply "I like to tell stories about my travels sometimes, but they're so hard to believe at times, that no one enjoys them because they sound made up."

Calvine powered down from his suit after a bit, it was comfortable but there was no need to be walking around in it. After a moment, his phone rings and he answers it.

When he finished, he sighed. "Great. Bad guys have such wonderful timing. You know Naomi Sylbius right? A employee I recently hired named Rachel Willow is friends with their new bodyguard. Apparently, they're on the run and can't give their location because people after them might be listening. I'm guessing its our buddies at Tylon is after Naomi."

He shook his head. "Anyway, I'm going to go try to find them and you don't have too, but I would really apperciate your help man."

Ness shrugs "Let me refit your suit with some of the new specs that I got from Tony, then we can go looking for trouble." he says as he takes the morpher from Calvine "Unless you meant looking for Naomi Sylibus and her bodyguard. If that's the case, I can tell you exactly where they are in a bit." he offers "I would suggest taking Cedrick and Kitt." he says.

Calvine shook his head. "No worries man, I don't plan on rushing things to them right now. It's just Naomi and her bodyguard at the moment and getting them safe."

Speaking of, Cadmus was at a hotel which he put the unconcious Naomi tucked in gently until she woke up. He was more then a bit worried about a number of things, but there wasn't much for it.

Ness looks over to a map or Tokyo, then puts a finger to his forehead, concentrating, he places his finger on the map "That's where they're at. At least, that's where Naomi Sylibus is." he says, then goes back to taking the morpher apart.

Naomi slowly starts to come to "Uhhh...." she groans as she slowly sits up and shakes her head, clearing out the cobs "W-what happened?" she asks.

Calvine was about to leave, then paused. "Where is Anita and the others? It wouldn't hurt to bring them and Kitt like you said."

"Relax. You're safe." Cadmus came over by her bed. "Somehow, some soldiers found our location but they were taken care of and I teleported us away to safety all the way to Tokyo to give us at least five minutes of breathing room. How are you feeling?"

Ness shakes his head "Anita's at the apartment, Cedrick and Kitt are out for a drive. I'll tell them to meet you here. I strongly suggest you leave Anita. She tends to not think straight when it comes to Tylon." he cautions.

Ness taps his ear "Kitt, could you and Cedrick come on over to Paragon Inc? Calvine would like for you to escort him somewhere." he says, then nods and looks to Calvine "They'll be here in a bit." he says,

Naomi takes a bit to process what she was told and heaves a sigh that sounded like the weight of the entire world was resting on her shoulders "I feel awful..." she mumbles as she looks at Cadmus "There were only three people who knew of that locations. You, me and...Johns..." she says in a pained voice.
