Jiro likes to present as a calm and dignified young man, and for the most part he is. He's very gentle and protective to those close to him. Due to some past things in his own history he dislikes those who seek power just for the sake of it.

History:

Jiro's story began in not the most pleasant matter as he was born into a clan of Dog Demons that were obessed with both strength and bringing back their former glory. So much to the point they would discard anyone who they felt fell short and would hold them for potentially bringing it back. Jiro was something of a late bloomer, as although he had the power, it wasn't really activating as it should or rather fast enough like the others.

Given that fact and the fact his parents weren't the favorites they had a perfect excuse to ditch Jiro. They would leave to own devices in the wild to deal with whatever else was out there. If he were to survive and make his way back they would take him back. Of course no one really expected a small child to survive but they figured they do a 'kindness' and give them that chance.

While normally he would have perished or adapted one of the other members not being completely heartless sneaked him into the city where he'd have a chance to be adopted and live a more quite life. It was there he was taken in by the Kozato family and the rest as they say was history.

One of the goals he set for himself upon learning about them, if possible one day meet Espen Goldsmith as he's a personal hero of his.
