Everything is Changing.

Ness had, indeed, found the Decepticons and he had given them a sound trouncing, but they had scattered and while Ness Could track them (Energon wasn't exactly abundant on Earth) and he Did have the resourses to track them down, Ness just wasn't exactly feeling it at the moment. Besides, he had bigger issues to deal with at the moment.

He sends his mech back into subspace and puts the Whacker back and heads back to his warehouse (which was Actually Calvine's, but that didn't count). Speaking of, he would need to get in touch with Calvine. Hopefully he was back from New York.

Ness walks in, looking tired. Cedrick was waiting for him "You look like Hell spat you back out." she says in an even tone that Ness had come to expect "I take it the hunt went well?" she asks.

Ness nods "Somewhat. I found them, I fought them, but they scattered when it was clear they would lose." he says, flopping down with a grunt.

Kitt and the Autobot named Tumbler comes walking over "So you Actually faught five Decepticons and beat them badly enough to where they were forced to retreat or lose and you did it all by yourself?" he asks in surprise.

Ness nods, but doesn't say anything. Kitt looks over to Tumbler "I had told you that Ness is not like any normal Human and that this was not the Earth you came from or were accustom to. The individuals on this Earth have other worldly abilities. Ness is one such person." he explains again.

Tumbler nods slowly "So it would seem."  he mumbles "But if the Decepticons have scattered, that means they are vulnerable and we need to find them and take them out as soon as we can, before they can regroup." he says.

Kitt nods slightly "I agree that the Decepticons are a threat, but I feel, with this planet's technology and assets, that we can find a better solution then simply destroying the Decepticons." he points out.

Tumbler nods slowly again "If that's what you feel is best, then we'll follow your lead. I'll go get the others and we can begin our mission." he says as he heads out to  get the other Autobots.

Ness looks over to Kitt "So you're the leader of the Bots here, huh?" he asks "Makes sense. You know this world better and what the people are capable of. Much more so then the other Bots." he grunts as he get up "Computer! I would like you to contact Calvine and see if he's got some free time. I would like to discuss something important with him." he says, getting an acknowledgement, before going back to work.

It was about thirty minutes later before Calvine called in after being contacted. "Hey man. What can I do for you? Just a heads up, I'm busy with some personal stuff so can't leave for a bit."

Ness nods "Then I'll let you get back to your business. We'll talk after you handle whatever it is you need to do." he says "Sorry about calling you over here for no reason." he says as he looks around for something to do. But it seemed like he was already doing everything.

Ness was sitting at his desk, thinking. He was wondering something over and he had been mulling over this for some time. Everyone was saying that Humans on this world are not sophisticated enough to handle the concepts of other forms of life or space travel.

But that wasn't true, Ness concluded. This Earth had survived an invasion from Aliens and now visitors from another dimension were living freely among Humans and other Inhumans. It was slow going, but Humans know of other forms of life outside of Earth.

Ness nods slowly to himself *That's as good of First Contact as it gets.* he thinks as he moves over to his computer and starts going to work. It's time Earth broadened their horizons and expanded their thinking and there was only one way Ness knew how to do that.

Ness was in his 'Think Tank' trying to put together ideas on how he was going to get his message across without dragging other countries into what he was Sure to be a mess of jurisdiction.

He could only see one way out of the impending mess. He needed to relocate his entire operation to an island that was in neutral waters. But to buy an island (which he surely had enough money to do so) would surely attract attention, which he wanted to avoid for now.

So, there was another way. He would have to either hack an island in his name or make one. Both weren't beyond the realm of possibility, it's just that one would be a bit harder to pull off then the other. But none the less doable.

A bit later Ness got a call, surprisingly not from Espen.

Ness blinks, surprised. He, of course, knew of Espen Goldsmith, but had never met him. He wondered how Espen knew he was in this dimension and more importantly, he wondered how Espen got his number. Of course the answer to both questions were obvious, Calvine told him.

Still, Ness wondered what the CEO of a major fortune 500 company and one of the biggest philanthropists on this planet wanted with someone like him? Only one way to find out. He picks the phone "Ness here. What's up?" he asks.

"Evening, at least I think it is over there. I was told by Calvine to try to contact, since he holds you in high regard and you have experience with a lot of things then most people due to your travels."

There was a pause on the phone before they continued. "Getting to the point, I'm in the process of a decision and getting multiple view points before hand. I have been considering introducing my home and its people to earth, but I'm not sure. Even then, I would have to convince the powers back home of the merit of it. Something made harder with people spreading horror stories and bad talking earth all the time as you're probably aware."

Ness, for some reason, nods "Yes. I am, indeed, well traveled." he comments "As for introducing Earth to Noreal, I would suggest holding off on that for a bit." he says.

"You see, I'm in the beginning stage of a plan that will, in theory, help Earth become a Much better place." he starts "You know, if you want, we could meet up and talk about our respective plans for this planet." he suggests.

Espen chuckled. "I don't have any grand plans, but I wouldn't mind hearing yours. Do you want me to meet you in Tokyo or will you be coming to New York some time?"

Ness looks at his watch "Give me a couple of seconds and I'll be there in no time." he says. A demonstration of his transporter would be a move in the right direction. Instantly crossing almost seven thousand miles in a matter of seconds. That's enough to blow anyone's mind who's not familiar with the technology.

Espen was curious about that, but it wasn't too strange. "All right, I'll be at my home in my office when you're ready."

Ness punches in the coordinates, walks over to his computers, jots something down, then walks over to the transporter pad "I'm on my way now." he says, then hangs up as the transporter energizes. Ness disappears in a beam of tightly compressed particles.

On the transporter pad, two beams of light materialize to form Ness and Espen. The whole process took them a few seconds to get from New York to Tokyo.

Ness steps off the pad "Welcome to my Workshop!" he says as he motions to everything around.

Espen wasn't the best with techology, still he was impressed. "Did you make this all yourself?"

Ness looks around and nods "Yup. Everything here I made. Except for those vehicles." he points to the Autobots, who were in vehicle form in their area of the workshop.

Ness nods to the gateway that seemed to lead to space "I bet you're wondering about that portal into Earth's orbit." he points out "It's the best way for me to get the materials and ships out there to finish the space station." he says.

He walks over to a strange gun-looking device "This, is a Zero Point Energy Gun. What it does, if allows someone to move something that weighs a lot with the ease of a feather pillow." he explains and demonstrates this by pointing it at a stack of metal building materials and an orange beam shoots from the gun and envelops the supplies and Ness effortlessly lifts them into the air, then sets them back down.

He leads Espen over to another work shop "These are the Nestor Class 5 fully autonomous robots. Or NS-5 for short. Once online, they'll help Humans with their everyday lives." he says.

There were plenty of things Ness had yet to show Espen, like the dry docks where he was building his ships, but those would come in due time if Espen wanted to see them.

Espen was watching the area carefully, mind a swarm of thoughts, he wasn't sure where to even begin. "How long did it take you to make all this? I always thought you weren't here enough to have something like this built."

Ness shakes his head "Building something like this whole set up is easy. I already know how to make it, and as far as the materials to make this stuff..." he takes out a tricorder and hands it to Espen, then holds up a piece of steel.

The tricorder reads it as a piece of steel, composed of carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, nickel, chromium and a few more elements. Ness slowly moves his hand over the length of the steel ingot, once, twice, three times and finally a fourth time. Then he holds it back up to the tricorder.

The ingot no longer read as steel. It now reads as a piece of tritanium "That's how I can make all this stuff as quickly as I do. It's all about realigning the molecules of an object to what I need them to be. The rest..." he looks over to a pile of parts. The parts lift into the air and start to atomize and reshape into different components, then they assemble themselves into another tricorder and float over to Ness's hand.

He holds it to Espen "That's how I can make things so quickly." he takes his tricorder and gives the new one to Espen "Here, as you may have been able to guess, these are data recording devices. Able to scan Many different things." he explains.

He leads Espen to another part of the workshop, the dry dock area. In it were two ships. One looked like a Shuttle-like ship and the other looked like a Cargo Ship "This  is what you came here to see. Am I right?" he asks "This is the USS-Raven..." he motions to the cargo ship "And The Oklahoma. A runabout." he says, nodding to the smaller shuttle-like ship.

Espen looked around, he wasn't really sure where to even begin with all that was going on. "I see. All this is very impressive, I assume you intend to eventually contact other races with these?"

Ness shrugs "Not sure. It'll be up to the people. You see, once these are finished, I plan on having someone give All of this away to the people of this planet. That way they can Finally embrace the wonders of space travel." he says

Someone comes walking over to Ness and Espen. It looked like a young woman, though as it turned out, it was actually the infamous serial killer Cedrick Darkside! Who was Actually rumored to have been taken out in Raccoon city.

She gives Espen a passing glance, then focuses in Ness "You said you wanted to see me?" she asks in a deadpan voice "What is this about?" she asks.

Ness nods "Espen Goldsmith, Cedrick Darkside." he says, introducing the two, not that he needed to, he suspected "As you may have guessed, this is whom I was talking about as the one to give this gift to the world." he says "But as you may have also guessed, she's not exactly very popular at the moment." he points out.

"..I see." Espen wasn't really sure what to even say to all this. "Unless there was some magical way to rectify her past and the victims that will remain as it is, so I can see why."

Ness nods slowly and Cedrick didn't really seem to care "And that's one of the reasons I've come to you. I would like your help creating a  better public image for Cedrick after these inventions are released to the world." he points out. "I figure if anyone could do it without messing with people's memories, it's you." he states.

Espen paused for a long time after that before saying anything. "I've been in politics and dealing with people all my life, Cedrick could have all this and cure all diseases and people would still be angry. People aren't rational at the best of times and they have a right to be angry in this case. Unless there's some way to undo some of the damage, I don't think there's much realistically I can do. Plus, I would need to spend time with Cedrick myself asses her character myself. She's also still legally wanted."

"..Though I hope the memory wipe on people was just a general comment and not a serious suggestion."

"It's not like it hasn't been done before..." he mumbles, deep in thought, as he frowns "I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that you aren't able to help. Cedrick's situation is quite a unique one." he mumbles.

Cedrick looks  over to Ness "I would thank you to stop talking about me like I am not standing right here." she says,  a slight clip in her tone.

Ness nods "Sorry about that." he mumbles. "Cedrick, in the ten years you've been, uh, doing what you use to do, how many people have you..." he starts.

"How many have I killed?" she asks, finishing his sentence "To date, I have killed two-hundred and two people. That includes half-breeds, family members and others who have gotten in the way of my once 'noble goal'." she says, completely dead toned.

Ness clears his voice "Okay, let's look at this objectively. Roughly four-hundred and four families hurt and/or ruined because of Cedrick's past actions...against the Seven Billion people on the planet who can benefit from her giving them the technology to make their lives so much better." he states.

Then he looks over to Espen "It absolutely won't make up for the lives lost. But the road to redemption has to start somewhere, right?" he asks "Everyone's entitled to a second chance and as far as everyone's concerned, Cedrick Darkside is dead. She died in Raccoon city. Only a handful of Hunters know otherwise." he points out.

It didn't take Mistie and her team long to get to modern Tokyo and blending in wasn't going to be a problem for most of them. The most attention that would be drawn to them, aside from looking like 'out-of-towners', would be Mistie's tail, which could easily pass as a belt. Only those who knew what to look for would know she was a Saiyan.

She looks to her team "Okay, let's all try our best to keep a low profile and spread out. If you spot Ness, call in his location with the cell phones you all have been given." she says, holding her up "There's no time limit to our missions, but let's try to get the info as quickly as we can. Any questions?"

Espen wasn't sure what he was talking about with the first comment but he let it go. "It's not about me. You have to remember that even if technically you didn't kill as many, even those not personally effected have issues with it. There's also the fact you're still legally wanted, I'm not sure there's a way around that."

"I suppose..really, realistically the best that can be done is just enough people bought into things for it to get off the ground. I'll have to think on this, if it messes up I won't be able to help people as much. However, the rewards I think outweigh the risk in that case. Still, if I'm going to being putting all my chips on the table then all I ask is that I get know the person you became now for myself. That's my only request, if its all right with you Cedrick."

Reizo shook his head. "No except one, but are we paring in groups of two or everyone just moving on their own?"
