General Description: The Mystic race is a race that was created by using the mystical and Powerful Infinity Gems to be, for lack of a better word, perfect. For the most part, that goal was achieved. However, not content with his creations, their creator sealed them away in their own dimension, away from all other dimensions. It is only now that the binding of that seal is finally fading, allowing the Mystic race to find ways into other dimensions.

Personality: The Mystic race is very adaptable in a great many things. So much so, that they excel at most of what they do and are constantly trying new things. They hold a Great respect for history, the history of their people mostly. But with their long life span, they have learned to also respect the history of other races (When encountered) as much as their own.

Physical Description: Mystics are generally about 5 foot to 5 1/2 and weigh from 90 to 120 pounds for the adult females and about 5 1/2 to over 6 foot and weighing around 180 to 220 for the adult males. They have an unnatural grace to them and, on average, have slender builds for the females and toned builds for the males. The one thing that Mystics are known for, is their wings. Every Mystic is born with a pair of wings they can later use to fly on. However, a Mystics wings can very. Most Mystics are born with feathered wings that also very in color. There are other Mystics that are born with leather ed bat-like wings, which very in color as well and finally, there are Mystics (though rare) that are born with wings in the style of a Lunar Moth. Since they have been sealed away, their race is more based on the Caucasian humans, then anything else. Their skin tone ranges from very pale to evenly tanned, hair from black to white and every color in between (curly, kinky, straight or anything in between). Mystic males don't grow facial hair, in fact, the only hair on their bodies for the Mystic race is what's on their head (Eye lashes, eye brows, ect). Often ostentatious or unorthodox in their grooming and dress, sporting unusual hairstyles, fanciful clothes and the like. Mystics have very long life spans, but learn at above a humans level and speed. Most Mystics achieve majority at about 15 to 16 and the actual life span of a Mystic is said to be about Five-Hundred Thousand years. That being said, it's very hard for Mystics to breed.

Relations: Most Mystics are untrusting of other races, however, they hide their feelings well. On the other hand, other Mystics get along with other races just fine. Among their own race, they employ numerous ranks in their different civilizations, from High Priest, to commoners and everything in-between. Most Mystics determine what civilization they generally belong to by their wing type and stray away from the other different Mystic civilizations.

Alignment: The Mystics tend to scatter in alignments, ranging from Lawful Good, to Chaotic Evil.

Home Lands: The Mystic's land seems to range from a very broad range. From lush forests, dingy swamps, barren wastelands, to fiery volcanos. Since they live for a long time, no matter what land they come to inhabit, Mystics always make the most beautiful structure from the land they live in. Adapting to their lands and forging them into homes is one of the ways they seem to be in touch with their land. Which is why each different Mystic civilization stay from the other. There are, of course, outcasts of the many different Mystic civilizations, which are at constant war to secure their own lands.

Religion: Since the Mystics were created and then cast away, they believe their god, The Mighty Galford, is displeased with them, so they try to better themselves by doing many things to try to gain his favor. Most Mystics hold a place of great fear for Galford in their hearts. However, their are some who believe that he is Not mad, angry or disappointed at them, rather he had used up all his godly power to make such a race that he had to become a mortal to save his own life.

Language: The most basic language that Mystics learn is common English. However, since they enjoy learning and trying new things, most Mystics will learn many different languages through out their long life. There are some Mystic outcasts, that make up their own language to throw off the 'Nobles' of the upper civilizations.

Names: Since the Mystics have a god they only know as Galford, they tend to choose common names of the different human cultures.

Adventures: Most Mystics Love a good adventure and it's always about a basic goal, such as money, land, love, knowledge, power. It varies from person to person. But generally, a Mystic will travel alone in their adventures.

Racial Traits:

*All Mystics can manipulate their own type of energy for different types of attacks or defenses, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. The basic attacks that most Mystics learn are an Energy Bomb (An explosive - Ranged)- the more energy they put into it, the stronger the explosion; A Thousand Knives (Hundreds of mini energy knives - Ranged); and a Blade Hand (Soul Reaver-type - Melee), though they can learn to use their energy in many different ways (like for magic, ki abilities and even chakra-like abilities or all the above).

Energy Bomb (EX)- The Energy Bomb is an orb of energy that has Very explosive properties. The amount of damage an Energy Bomb can do largely depends on how much energy is put into the attack. From only a small pop, to city destroying.


Blade Hand (EX) - This attack is just as it says. A blade of energy that forms in the hand like a sword or stabbing weapon. The blade negates most forms of armor but may be stopped by Natural armor. The blade cuts like a normal sword and can be blocked by a normal sword. The type and color of a Mystic's blade takes on it's owners personality.


Barrier (EX) - This a Mystic's basic form of defense. A spherical barrier of energy forms around them and can stop the equivalent of their total strength. A Mystic's barrier can last for as long as they have the energy to fight. Oddly enough, a Mystic's barrier can't block the Energy Bomb or the Thousand Knives attack, but it Can block the Blade Hand attack. This is because the Energy Bomb and Thousand Knives attacks require much more concentration then the Blade Hand attack.


Control Arrow (EX) - This is a Very difficult and dangerous move to master. So much so, in fact, that the Mystic elders have banned it from their culture. What it is, is energy made of the life force of the Mystic using the attack. It is fired like an arrow and when it pierces it's target, the energy flows into it, allowing the Mystic who fired the arrow temporary control over the target's will. However, those with strong wills can resist it's effects and may even have a chance to take control of the Mystic who used the attack.

All Mystics have Enhanced senses, such as hearing, sight and whatnot. Which are weak against the opposing force (IE: Enhanced vision/Solar attacks). They are also able to communicate telepathically with other Mystics. Ironically, they are immune to most forms of Psychic powers, outside of their races psychic powers.

All Mystics are immune to magic or all types, save for their own races magic and very powerful magic. They are also immune to all known forms of sicknesses.

All Mystics can 'Fold' their wings away, making them look like normal humans if they wish to. They can also 'Unfold' them, however, when their wings are 'Folded' away and they look normal, they can't use their energy powers. Mystics can also teleport, though, they need to see or know where or how to get to where they are going first.

All Mystics have a natural aptitude for all physical and mental skills, be they fighting or dancing to advanced theory and applied science and everything in-between. All Mystics also have a 'Total Recall' memory (Meaning they can analyze every part of their memories) and are very intelligent.

All Mystics can Heal themselves and others. Serious wounds as well as superficial wounds, however, they can not regenerate lost limbs. All Mystics can fly, hover and whatnot Only with their wings 'Unfolded'. On a side note, a Mystic's energy can't be detected by Any known means.

The base Mystic physical stats are 20x their body weight and are resistant to most forms of blunt damage (save for weapons with 'Special' properties). They Are fast enough to dodge bullets, provided they are watching those who are firing them and they aren't at point blank range. A base Mystic can preform strenuous activities for Three days, before they tire from exhaustion. Also, having a natural aptitude for combat of all sorts, a Mystic will also grow moderately stronger after every physical battle (brawls, shootouts with their unique energy and so forth<Dexterity, Perception and Reaction Time/Reflexes for shootouts and Endurance, Strength and Durability for 'In Your Face' scraps>), physically as well as energy wise.

*All abilities must be learned.

I've been thinking, since the Mystics were basically created to destroy the Saiyans, it makes sense that they would have a growth rate that's greater then the Saiyans. So I'm going to say their growth rate, both power and energy wise, is roughly three times that of what a Saiyan's would be. If they ever learned to fight Z style that is.

We'll its your call but the main concern is you basically have the same problem DBZ had with Sayains, instead its with Mystics this time.(AKA if you aren't a Sayain Z Fighter you're useless syndrome)

I mean as much as we harp about Sayains in the show, at the least other races could keep up with them for a time; in fact before people like Goku came along they were kinda dismissed. That's another reason I toned Alusarian's down , because I realized I was potentially making another problem until you see them how they are now. To note for back story Alusarian's were buffed higher then 2x of Sayains because of overpowering races on a DBZ like site.

Then I realized it was silly and went to 2x before changing them back to their original. Imo 2x is probably the most one can get away without it being too much. Just with Sayain growth rate, in the GT time line Goku's base form is strong enough to beat the shit out of his SSJ3 Buu saga self since he was able to more then hold his own against Ubuu who knew how to use his power by then in his base.

Eventually in the show, the only bad guys that can keep up with Sayains are artifiical beings such as the androids, Buu and the like, not counting Beerus and friends, but they don't count.

With Jason, his super forms were a grade above but Super Forms are just a power multiplier to one's base which never stops growing until they hit theiir limit. It';s sketchy but I heard SSJ1 is like a 50x or 100x multiplier, SSJ2 is 10 and so on; getting a progressively lower. It doesn't seem like much, but one has to remember they stack together. So in English, assuming Jason is weaker Z wise a normal Mystic would have three times the multplier? So 300x for super one, 30x for two and so on, assuming there's a difference. I just bring up Jason because he's the closes example to things.

If the growth rate is going to be as it is, their power mutipliers probably shouldn't be higher then double at the very most.

Just my two cents on it.

Hmmm... A fair argument. However, remember, Mystics are my race of infinite growth potential (Just like you have yours < I forget which they are, Wild Fire demons, right > and Necros are Souless's) and since they were created to destroy Saiyans, they're naturally stronger (as far as growth speeds go).

Still, it's a good point you bring up and since Jason Is, at normal powered up level, stronger then a Super Saiyan, I will tone them down to twice the growth rate as a Saiyan. That Does make more sense, going by what we have already.

Arkon's are actually the one, but as a trade off they can't learn to fight Z. Technically you're not wrong though, Farian's have that just not on this particular site since it was to be one or the other. I kinda liked the idea of something that could potentially fight a Z-Fighter that wasn't, we'll a Z-Fighter since that gets rather stale. Realistically though, that would take forever that's true even with stuff like Necro's but it plays off in the long run.

Alusarian's are limited in natural abilities but don't have a upper limit when it comes to Z. In their orignal state not here. On True, there's only so much power even the best they can gain in their life time. Like Hiromi said infinite potential is effectively finite with a mortal race.

A bit off topic but since its semi related with Z-Fighters in general something else I wanted to add. You know how it was a bit head scratching how Goten and Trunks went SSJ so early and being that strong? We'll, I have a theory that the stronger a parent is Z-wise, the more excessive left over energy goes to the child. It may effect their early power level as well as growth rate to an extent; this would also explain why for the longest times Sayains were so hard on birth power levels.

Granted its not that clear cut and nothing hard work can't fix but it seemed if you were born a low power level, odds are you'd stay that way on average. However, in theory if only very high end warriors had kids in a few generations you'd have a much more powerful race overall eventually. However, on True even if a really strong Z-Fighter(or both parents are really strong) we should avoid having kids with no training hitting super one and such. That was just stupid.
