Personality: Bow is often aggressive and adversarial. He likes to fight and thinks he's the best at fighting. He knows his limits and is constantly trying to push past them. He's a good guy if you give him a chance.

Powers: Bow's physical stats are about 40x his weight when in his 'Human Form' and are twice his weight in his Tulvir form (if he's 10 tons, he can lift 20 tons overhead), advanced healing, can create and manipulate fire.

Restrictions: Depending on the wound is how long it takes to heal, a cut or gash will heal almost instantly, broken bones, within minuets. This is Only when Bow s in his Tulvir form. If Bow over uses his fire, it grows weaker until he loses it, then it must 'recharge' which can take a few minuets or a whole day. Cold renders his ability to create fire ineffective.

Special Moves:

Basic Ki Blast: Just the standard Ki blast that Any Z-Fighter can use. Low power and usually slow, these attacks are best used for distractions.

Ki Sense: The staple of Z-Fighters. The ability to sense the life force of others. The farther one is, the more one needs to concentrate to find them.

Conceal Ki: One can lower their Ki or hide it all together. Those with Advanced Ki sense can still find them, however.

Machine Gun Blasts: This s an attack that uses Ki Blasts to the extreme, multiple blasts at an accelerated rate.

Explosion Wave: A fairly standard move. The user will suddenly expel  violent burst of energy to damage the surrounding area/opponent(s). More energy can be used for a bigger explosion.

Wild Sense: When using this move, all senses get a very sharp increase, making it possible to accurately predict an opponent's moves. This only lasts for short while.

Ki Charge: The user can charge his Ki, making himself stronger and thus enabling them to attain their super forms, if they have one.

Empower Body: The user can empower their body, making them self stronger and able to increase their speed, physical defense, attack and fly.

Inferno Ball: With this move, the user creates a ball of fiery energy that can cause burn damage to whatever it comes into contact with (before exploding of course).

Incineration Pulse:This is a beam of intense , fiery energy, that can have more energy added to it to increase it's power.

Super Moves: Hell Zone Grenade: Wit this move, the user fires volley of Ki blasts at their opponent or in the general area, which causes the energy attacks to hang in the area, often cutting off any escape then they are combined into one massive area of effect (AOE) explosion.

Super Forms:

Tulvir: In this form, Bow takes on the likeness of a massive fire breathing dragon. All his physical stats are doubled his Tulvir weight and he gains a drastic increase in his fire manipulation powers as well as advanced healing. However, he gains weakness to water, as it greatly hinders his ability to create and control fire.

History: Bow is part of a mighty race of warriors who can change shape from a Humanoid called 'Freconus' to a Dragon-like form called 'Tulvir' and is from a different dimension. Long ago  his people were ravaged by a seemingly unstoppable evil called Deathwing, who all but destroyed the Freconus way of life and any other species that wasn't Freconus.

While Deathwing was driven off eventually, the elders tell of his return to finish what he started thousands of thousands years ago. Bow lived with these stories all is life and instead of being scared into compliance, like his parents had wanted, like his many brothers and sisters had been, he only got more determined to stop Deathwing when he showed back up.

Since then, Bow had trained as a warrior and gone out with the hunting parties each time, learning something new. But he knew there was only so much that he could learn from his people and he was soon getting frustrated that he would have reached the limit of his strength.

That as before a strange alien from another world crash on his home world. This alien had green skin and two feelers on the top of it's head and was Very strong! Stronger than anyone Bow had ever seen before and at that moment, Bow knew that the Thirteen had heard his frustrations and sent t his alien to train Bow and help him get stronger!

Bow tried to convince the alien, who said to call him 'Hammond' to train him wile he fixed his odd looking ship. Hammond refused at once, saying that Bow's people didn't what it took to survive his kind of training. But Bow was persistent and finally Hammond gave in, probably just to shut Bow up, and took Bow into the middle of nowhere and told him to survive until Hammond came back for him. If he was alive, he passed and could train under him.

Since it was always cloudy where Bow was,it was hard for him to tell as the days passed. Food was scarce and water almost nonexistent and to top it off, Bow couldn't change into his Tulvir form, because of his lack of energy, plus Hammond said if he did, he would fail instantly! And Bow Needed this training.

However, there were other things out there in the wastes that would give even a Tulvir pause and Bow was in no shape to fight them off, still, he knew how to craft weapons and tools for surviving, thanks to all those hunting parties he had gone on.

After some trail and error, Bow had finally gotten into a routine and while he didn't seem to be getting any stronger, at least he was alive. He didn't now how long had past and as beginning to think that Hammond just wanted him out of the way and had no intentions of helping him, despite all the help his people have given Hammond.

Anger started to bubble up inside of Bow as he gathered his supplies and heads back to his village. The journey takes Bow who knows how long and he was met with many dangers of his world, but when he finally gets back to his village, he was told he was gone for years and the others didn't think he would return.

Bow was happy to be home, of course ,but he was still mad at Hammond for his deception, but the last thing he expected to see, was Hammond waiting for him with the others. The Namekian told Bow that in returning to his village, he had passed his test and will now be trained as a Z-Fighter, as Hammond called himself.
After hopping into Hammond's strange ship, Bow found himself in a place he never could have imagined. It was called Toki-Toki city and it was home to the Time Patrol, which was where Hammond worked and lived. He brings Bow to the other two students he was mentoring, a weird looking guy called Kyle and a very hot looking young woman named Ace.

They both said they had just arrived as well. Bow didn't know where he had ended up or what h e had gotten himself into, but he knew one thing, it was going to be a Hell of an adventure awaiting him!

UPDATE!!

Powers and Restrictions: Since training with Will for over 50 years, Bow's physical strength, when in his Tulvir form is now close to 90 tons. This increase is also reflected in his Freconus form as well.

Power Up Level: Bow is now as strong as Semi-Perfect Cell when fully powered up.

Special Moves:

Plasma Blade: This is the weakest Projectile. Unlikenmost disk or energy attacks, the Plasma Blade cuts through most things in it's way, until it hits it's intended target, then it exploads. However, it loses power the more things it cuts through.

Plasma Storm: This is a powerful beam of purple energy, fired like a 'Mesenko' attack, this attack also has the ability to stun whoever it hits.

Kamehameha Wave: This is a blue beam like attack and low powered as compared to others, but can have power added when used.

Fusion Dance: This allows Bow and one more to fuse into one powerful warrior, by preforming a seires of complicated moves. This fusion normally lasts for thirty minuets, the time lessens the stronger the Super Levels when fused.

Multi Form: This allows Bow to make as little as three or as many clones of himself as he needs. Though for each clone Bow makes, his power is halved. Once the clones are destroyed or rejoin with him, he returns to full power.

Advanced Instant Transmission: This is used to instantly transmit ones self from one location to another. Unlike others, Bow doesn't need to focus on any Ki energy.

Advanced Ki Sense: Bow can now sense Ki energy as if it were second nature to him. He can also sense the energies of those who are suppressing their Ki and even certain Devine energies, if he concentrates.

Super Moves:

Plasma Cannon: This is Bow's most devistating attack. This is a 'System Killer'. It's a purple 'Projectile' attack that gains power as it flies towards it's target, but requires a Lot of power to use and takes time to build up.
