Powers: PK powers and manipulation (Pyrokinesis, Levitation, Teleportation, Telekinesis, Psychokinesis, Eletroctrokinesis, Telepathy)

Restrictions: Pyrokinesis (so far he's just limited to massive colums of fire), Levitation (can lift himself and others around him with it), Teleportation (a PK Vortex that takes him Wherever and Whenever he's needed the most),Telekinesis (can lift ther equivilent of 60 tons), Psychokinesis (energy conversion, allowing him to creat a barrier that can turn any kind of energy into health for everyone within the barrier and allows Ness to use other types of psychic energies, like cryokinesis and so forth.), Eletrictrokinesis (Allows Ness to do some cool things with his own energy, like shooting eletricity and such), Teleparhy (allows Ness to 'Plan' suggestions in someones mind. A trained mind will be able to see past the suggestions ).

Super Leves:
PK Rage - In this mode, all of Ness' PK Abilities are incressed x10 and his physcial abilities are incressed by x5. This is taxing on Ness and his PK Abilities and Ness can only sustain this form for a short time, like 10 to 15 minuets with a cool down time of about the same amount of time.

PK Focus - In this form (which Ness can use at will), allows Ness to incress all his physcial stats to super human levels. Allowing him to preform amazing levels of physcial prowess, so long as he can focus on what he's doing, other wise PK Focus won't work.

Special Moves:

PK Fire - Ness can fire a small spark of fire which erupts into a Massive column of fire that does just as much damage and causes burn damage.

PK Flash - Ness can project a small, slow moving green spark that he can control which can expload in a massive green exploasion of force that will violently push anything away with in ten feet.

PK Thunder - Ness can launch a Massive bolt of lightning that he can control. It has a long range (about two-hundred feet), but the farther it goes the weaker it gets. Ness can use this to empower himself for a powerful one hit attack.

Super Moves:

PK Storm - With this move, Ness can use his PK energy to form burning meteor of pure Psychokinetic energy, the size of basketballs, to bombard his foes with that covers five city blocks. This move is taxing on Ness. Once he uses it, he won't be able to use any PK abilities for about thirty minuets.

History: Ness is from another time and dimension. He travles around the time streams trying to help those who need his help, even if he doesn't want to. Ness learned his PK Powers from a bug when aliens tried to invade his home town of Onett. After that he's been travling where ever his PK Powers call him to. His quick mouth and sharp replys get him into trouble offten and he gets his butt kicked most of the time as well. He has been called to this strange dimension for some unknown reason and try as he might, he doesn't think that he'll ever get to find out why he's here.

Powers: Ness has absorbed the energy of the Eye of Magnus, which has the power to reshape the world how the user deems fit.

Restrictions: Ness does not know how to use this power as of yet and it is interfering with his PK Abilities in unexpected ways. It's opening PK Vortexes to distant realities and drawing those who have ties to Ness to him and from time to time it'll make his PK Abilities either stronger, weaker or it won't do anything.

Abilities: Ness can grow stronger with training/combat and the more he uses his power.

UPDATE!!

Powers: Ness now has complete control over his PK abilities. As such, he can now access the full psychic spectrum as well as all aspects of psychic powers. He can now draw small portions of psychic energies from others around ( it doesn't effect them in any way and they usually aren't aware it's happening) to further strengthen his existing PK powers. Ness also has complete control over his PK Vortex.

Ness also has access to the Power of Magnus. Which he can call upon at any given time (provided it's not recharging) with this power (which is like a very dumbed down version of the Infinity Gems), Ness can do almost anything he sets his mind to.

Restrictions: As before, over use of his PK powers will cause him to lose them for a short time. The more psychic energy he absorbs from others, the stronger his PK skills are. Otherwise, they're his normal strength.

Ness needs to activly envoke the Power of Magnus to use it and while it's active, he doesn't have access to his PK abilities/powers/skills. Depending on how much power he puts into what he's doing, the Power of Magnus can take from a day, to a week to recharge. After he's through using it (for whatever) it'll leave him drained of his PK powers. The current range of the Power of Magnus is a standard Earth size planet, the range as well as power will increase with use, but slowly.
