Abilities: Due to her age, her natural powers aren't as developed as they could be. She has moderate resistance to mental attacks that effect the mind. Her physical state can get stronger with fighting/training but only when she's older.

Personality: Lana is a sweet girl, if slightly skittish and shy. Definitely a introvert for the most part, but she'll speak up when she needs to. She's developed a fear/dislike of Space Pirates.

Restrictions: Her physical stats are five times her weight. Her TK runs on line of sight and its based on her current physical strength. In addition anything she carries weight wise, is considered the whole thing(I.E. if she can lift 100 lbs and carries two things that are 50, she can't carry more) Telepathy is limited to conversations and a range of 40 feet at the moment and can be blocked out.

For PK manipulation see special moves, each comes with its strengths and weaknesses.

Special Techniques:

Psyhic Sense: She can sense when someone has active PK energy if standing nearby but its poorly optimized for better use as she can't sense over distances.

Healing: She can heal someone of at most moderate wounds and it drains of her of her energy. It requires her to be physically touching the person for it to work and may work poorly(if at all) depending on the person's resistance.

Teleport: To teleport she has to know where she's going or seen it. Unfourtnately, due to her age she can only go very short distances(twenty feet) with a cool down of thirty seconds. Its draining on her, more so when taking others.

Shield: Creates a defensive bubble-like purple shield to defend herself and others. It can take at most moderate damage but will eventually wear down with enough work. The longer she has it, the more strain it puts on them. She cannot attack while the shield is active.

History:

Lana's earlier memories are not pleasant ones; filled with nightmares and being taken away from her birth parents at a very early age. Her parents were killed by Bados who lived on a more isolated by peaceful colony elsewhere. She was experimented on a bit, partly because they believed there was something to be learned and gained. Of what, Lana doesn't know to this day and doesn't care.

Years later after being taken in by Leon and losing her second maternal figure in the form of P-Chan due to Space Pirates also taking a interest in her was rough. Lana didn't say anything about it but she at least, subconsciously, blamed herself for P-Chan's passing even though they clearly would take a hit for them to keep her safe.

Later on, Lana was accepted in a school for gifted children that had abilities similar and different then hers. She even got to befriend and become close to schools idol/prodigy Alia. For the most part she's happy now but she still wishes some things were different but has accepted some things are just what they are.

I'm gonna assume that her Psychic Sense can be blocked by someone stronger and more skilled, much like how almost all energy can.

As for her Teleportation, that's a very advanced and dangerous technique and should be quite taxing on her, being as young as she is, should it even work at all.

As is Psychic Healing (which is basically telekinetically knitting a person back together and reforming lost parts {such as blood or skin} from free floating particles).

Over all, I got no problem with her psychic powers themselves, but her specal techniques seem a bit strong for someone of her age. Which is another thing to take into consideration. I, personally, don't think a school would teach someone as young as Lana how to heal until she has a strong grasp on how to use her telekinesis and they definitely wouldn't teach her technique as dangerous as teleportation until she was at least ten years older.

This is all, however, my two cents on the matter.
