Home Lands: The Planet Vegeta is a Minshara (M) Class planet in a binary system. The planet has the typical setting, forests, deserts, mountains and artic areas as well as technologically advanced cities. The atmosphere is generally a redish color and the planet has roughly ten times the gravity of Earth norm.

Language: Typical Saiyans speak and understand English and Interlac (the galactic trade language.)

Personality: Most Saiyans are largely arrogent, aggressive and prideful.

Physical Description: Saiyans are Humanoid, indeed, they even look like Humans, except for a long, generally brown furry tail. Most Saiyans typically have dark hair and eyes.

Relations: Most Saiyans generally have a very low tolerance for other races and generally look down on them if they can't put up a good fight. However, under their new rule they've grown a bit more tolerant towards other races.

Natural Power Set:

Innate Ki knowledge and Use: All Saiyans are born with a relative decent power level (when compared to Humans) and can use ki unconciously. Their energy levels spike dramatically when pushed or really angry. As they grow in strength, their ki energy grows in power with them.

Super Human Physical Attributes: They have base line super human physical abilities and aren't affected by normal blows and blunt damage, can lift about one ton, and are fast enough to dodge bullet if they see it coming. They have an ability to get stronger, overall, after a near death encounter when they heal.

Natural Kombat Instincts: All Saiyans have a natural knack for fighting. Be it physical or energy based kombat and they can learn new skills at an accelerated rate.

Telepathy: All Saiyans have the ability to speak to each other by way of telepathy. This is a learned skill and can even include non Saiyans as well.

Oozaru: All Saiyans, who have a tail, have the ability to transform into a giant ape creature that ranges anywhere from fifty feet to two hundred in height. When in their Oozaru form, all their physical and energy based stats increase anywhere from x2 to x10 fold that of their full normal power. A Saiyan can ONLY change into an Oozaru durning the light of a full moon or energy that emulates a full moon. When the moon or energy is gone, the Saiyan changes back. Like wise if they get their tails cut off. Most Saiyans become aggressive savages when in Oozaru form, though this can be controled through training.

Saiyan Tail: A Saiyan's tail is one of the strongest sources of power a Saiyan has. Without it, their overall energy and power almost drops in half. Also, a Saiyan's tail can also be their greatest weakness. A Saiyan's tail is very senstive and grabbing it hard will usually hurt badly enough to paralyze the Saiyan. This can be over come with training. A Saiyan's tail, if cut off, Can grow back if the Saiyan under goes Intense training.
