Personality: Lucia is a kind soul, if slightly absent minded at times though despite that she's usually pretty bright. The young woman has been known to be a bit on the emotional side, thinking with her heart first but it has been tempered by training.

Restrictions:  Can lift one ton. Rest of her stats are 20x her weight.

For light manipulation, see special moves. They also vary on her emotional state; the more confident and resolute the more they'll be on the stronger side(twenty percent increase at the most at the moment). The more doubt, fear and negative emotions, the weaker the light will be. It also, while strong like normal light can be reflected by glass.

This only applies when transformed, otherwise normal human.

Special Techniques:

Healing: She can use her light element to heal a target which requires physical contact. The more serious the wounds, the more it drains on her and over use past her current reserves can prove to be fatal, can't heal serious internal injuries, regen limbs or anything of that sort She also can't heal immediate fatal wounds.

Light Shield: Creates shields of her own energy, like kites or bucklers, etc They have about the same collective strength as she currently has.

Light Wings: She can create angel-like wings made of light, for use of flight.

Light  Lance: Creates a lance made of light for melee or throwing

Both her melee and energy shield draw on her stamina, which makes her tired. Over use will cause to transform to normal until she recharges.

History:

At the start of her journey to potentially being a Warrior of Light, Lucia truly did believe a lot of the things she was told and what to do. Over time, however, she began to second guess herself and other things which became more and more often as she got older.

Through her training she found herself discontent and disagreeing with her parents on some of their methods and views. This eventually came to a head when she healed a young girl who had been badly injured by a car crash with medical crew a bit tied up. At the time it didn't matter what the girl was only they were hurt and needed help.

Her parents were displeased about the news they were concerned she was drifting further away from them;  With Lucia's different view point, it did cause a widening gap between them. Her parents though having their differences loved their daughter, and decided if she wasn't happy here perhaps she'd fit in more with her grand parents.

So with a long talk and some thinking, she packed her meager belongings and left that chapter in her life, going to live with her grand parents from her mother's side who thankfully were more then happy to take her in. It also helped her close friend Astella ended up moving here, even if she physically hadn't seen them in a few years.

It's been one year living in Tokyo with her grandparents, the relationship with her parents seemed to remain the same if not up and down. A  former source of tension between the family both Luica's grandparents did in fact work with the Hunters doing important but menial background work, her grandfather a janitor and her grandmother doing office work before she retired.

Over time, however, Lucia and her parents did come to a understanding with one another even if they didn't agree on everything. Truth was her healing dangerous and that was another reason for things, this along with other things they discussed helped mend the rocky path they had been on.

That aside, Lucia has mostly been living a normal life going to school. There really hasn't been a need for her alter ego in Tokyo, especially in recent years with things like the Unknown Heroes, of course the Hunters and the odd solo hero here and there. With all the power houses or experienced people, what would she honestly bring to the table? Even with that still, Lucia felt she should help in some way even if she wasn't the strongest.

I'm not too thrilled about her only having the one limitation to her healing (some wounds can't be healed no matter how much one tries.), the rest looks alright. ╛══╧╠╙┬┴.
