Personality: While Hibari may gave off a slightly distant air to those who don't know her, those who she lets in and get to really know her will find a very caring and loyal person. She is very protective of those she cares about. Her main problem is social awkwardness at times. Hibari is more of a loner at heart. Despite being confident in battle, she can be rather shy at times outside of it; unintentionally cute at times.

Special Techniques:

Thunder Flare: It's in essence like the Solar Flare. Since light, electricity, and magnetism are ultimately manifestations of the samething. Hibari has studied these sorts of things, using her knowledge and what's she's been taught to take her natural abilities further. A bright, white flash blinds the opponent(this is done by summoning forth a ball of electricity and then 'releasing' it)

Static Shield: Creates a protective bubble-like shield on person(or others) expanding range decreases durability. It's based off her own current strength. She cannot attack while this is currently active.

Electric Teleport: With this technique, she can teleport short or long distances, turning herself to a bolt of lighting to get to point A to point B. Short distances have a one minute cool down while long ones at least ten.

Pull: Magnetism ability. She can pull metal objects, but she has to visually see them. The weight is her own strength and it adds up. Meaning whatever she lifts would be her total amount.

Phase: Via electromanic control, she can phase through objects. Matter's soldiness is from electromagnetism. However, this can only be done to energy attacks and the like. She can't for example phase her hand through someone's chest and ripped their heart out.(It doesn't work on organic things) she can only do this in short burst.(Four second burst, then twenty seconds wait)

Silver Volley: Arrows in the shape of electricity. They aren't that damaging uncharged but they're very fast.

Silver Flare: A beam-shaped projectile, naturally electricity based.

Roaring Lion Bullet: Another powerful attack. The shape of it is the shape of a lion, hence the name. It does a large amount of damage on impact.

History: Hibari grew up in a relatively normal, happy and loving home. For a long time her life was pretty much normal with nothing noteworthy about it. It was around her tenth birthday did things change a bit, visiting some friends the house they were in caught on fire. Hibari, at the time managed to drag both her friend and grandmother out. However, in the process she was burned badly.

Alus medical technology was a wonderful thing, and they managed to heal Hibari as good as new with next to know evidence she had been burned. The exception being for a few spots you couldn't see if she was clothed. That event is probably what inspired Kelsa to become a nurse in the first place.

Later on, Hibari ended up joining the Honor Guard, prior to that she studied vigorously. The rest as its said, is history.

Status: Alive

Alright, after doing some studying, it turns out that electricity and magnatism, though very close in aspects, are two different fundamental natures. Which means Hibari wouldn't be able to use any kind of magnetism, other then electromagnetism, inwhich she would need some iron and it would act more like a shotgun, then a sniper rifle. Meaning she wouldn't be able to aim it at one thing inpaticulear, but everything she pointed it at, that was metal, would be drawn to it and she would have to maintain a current going to it.

Now onto business. Her Thunder Flare; Light isn't a 'manifestation' of electricity, it's an effect caused by it. Which doesn't mean she can controll it. The light coming off her electric charges can only be controlled as much as she can controll the electricity it's self. Now, if she were to use the electrcity in a sudden burst, then that might cause enough light to blind someone, but you need to think of where the expanding energy will go as well.

Electric Teleport; Here's thing I see wrong here, is that in being able to turn her whole body into pure energy means that her entire cellular structure has been super energized by electricity, this points to water being dangerous to her, since water conducts electricity, there's a chance that a large to decent amount will cause her to short out. And No, a squirt gun won't do it. It needs to be like a shower, or foot deep in water (a lake or river). That's what I see happening here.

Pull; I believe I already explained that ability. The only way she can use this is to use her electricity to make an electromagnet out of something made of iron, which will draw all metal objects to it and she'll need to keep a current going through it.

Phase; I'm not too thrilled by this move. I mean, how can electricity allow someone to pass through solid? Now I understand that everything looks solid but under it all we're nothing more then a seething mass of atoms. But the only way I know of to pass through solid objects is by vibrating through them by speeding themselves up to an extream that their molecules pass through eachother. Not sure how this would apply to electricity and it doesn't sound very safe to use on a daily basis.

Roaring Lion Bullet: It's powerful and does great damage, but what are the draw backs to it? It's slow and uses massive amounts of energy, which is why it's so strong?

If we can hammer out the detales of these matters, then I have no doubts we can have Hibari approved in no time.

The electric teleport is basically not so different to what Agares demons do, just a different style. Do you mean she'd be unable to be near water when she's using it?

Phase and Pull can just be dropped, it had to do with a friend I was talking about with other things that can be done with electricity. Since I haven't seen them in a while and the notes got lost, I don't much care for arguing with it.

Roaring Lion Bullet is very draining at the end of the day, she can only use it a limited number of times. Especially if she puts more power into it.

No, the idea came from a game called Infamous. The main hero was electrically charged as well, but so much so that he couldn't be in water or else it damaged him as well. But Meh! Everything's green, now. Approved.
