Back At It Again!

"He basically said what you just did, more or less the Oni soul would sort of..become assimilated due to Suki's memories. ." he turned to Usagi and sighed. "I hate to say it, but right now I don't know. We don't have hard proof so can't turn them in. If it was just a body thing sure Jack might have something that could help, but its a soul thing. Only person smart enough I know for That kind of thing is maybe Lee and Dino's and good luck contacting them or coughing up a lung. This might be apart of the plan to, but I don't know if it is or not."

Mad was thinking "Perhaps..." he grumbles "A psychic could... in theory... expose the truth..." he growls.

Usagi shakes her head "Where would we go to even Get a psychic who could do the things you ask?" she asks.

Mad turns his burning eyes towards the Gravity Siren "It just so happens... that the Hunters have some psychics on staff..." he points out.

"Maybe so. Not as much we can do now until we get someone to take a look. " He didn't think May was one of those people, he remembered her saying she got info from touching things. All that would tell them is maybe where they've been and doing off screen even before he knew about them.

"If nothing else, I don't think 'Suki' is going hurt them if we come back tomorrow. It just means the information they get might be a thorn later."

Mad disappears into the shadows and Usagi breaths a sigh "That man really creeps he me out..." she mumbles before looking over to Hiroshi "What are we going to do about Taki?" she asks "Are we just going to let someone else handle it?"

Hiroshi shook his head. "No. We can at least check up on her. I'm not exactly the best with words when it comes to this sort of thing but sure the gesture of being there would mean a lot."

He decided to call Jack so he could know their location and meet them since he was with Taki.

There was a pause on the other end "Honestly? We lost her energy. We tracked her to a book store, then she just disappeared. Since it's a store that specializes in occult books, we're guessing she got a spell book and cast a shield energy or invisibility spell or something of that nature. he explains "We're still searching. If we find her, we'll let you know right away. Take it easy until then." he says as he hangs up.

Hiroshi was silent a bit, but obviously worried. "Taki can take of herself but I'm worried if she just vanished since Jack said they can't find her. I doubt she'll be heading home so soon."

Usagi was thinking "If not her home, than either yours, or a friends. She would likely go some place where she feels safe." she says, looking at her watch "I'm going to head on out. I still need to make dinner for my master." she says, patting Hiroshi on the back before taking off as well.

Hiroshi didn't say anything as he used his shadows to head home quickly just wanting to sleep off the busy day. He had a lot on his mind but there wasn't much he could do for it at the moment. He did recieve a text from Emus and his sister asking if he was busy tomorrow, he wasn't so he'd have to wait and see.

Later into the night, there suddenly came a tapping. As if someone gently rapping, rapping at his apartment door "It is the monster... the one Nixa calls 'Friend'..." the Obliterator snarls, not pleased by this.

'I know you're not fond of her kind but she can't help what she is Ra.'

He went over to open the door for them, it was probably Taki related if they ended up coming back.

"Yes... she can..." the Obliterator snarls [i]"She accepted this new Hell on Earth with open arms... I shall explain later..." he growls.

It was, indeed, Mitsuki. She was dressed casually "Good evening, Hiroshi. I apologize for bothering you this late, but I wanted to let you know that Taki is as my place and will be staying there for a few days." she says.

Hiroshi wasn't too surprised at that. "I see. I figured she was that or someone else's place. Thanks for looking after her." As much as he hated to admit it, at the moment she'd probably be of more help as he had been mia for a year while the two had gotten closer.

Mitsuki shakes her hwad "I didn't tell you this to give you peace of mind. I told you this so you would come and get her." she says, folding her arms, looking slightly annoyed "She said she's planning on pulling the fake soul out of her sister's body and sealing it away. The body can't live long without a soul. She means to kill her sister, to save her."

"I'll be honest, I don't think I can get through to her to call this whole thing off.  Doesn't mean I won't try." Why would she? He wasn't good at words or have anything insightful to say Jack didn't likely already say. "Is she still up right now?" Sure it may not have been Suki's soul, but he wasn't comfortable just killing them and if Taki did succeed she might not feel it now, but he felt it Would damage her. Taki was many things but she wasn't a killer.

Mitsuki shakes her head "No. She's asleep. That's why I'm here." she says as she turns to head back to her home "Listen, if you can't stop Taki from making a huge mistake, I'm gonna have to and I'm not sure how gentle I can be, since Taki doesn't know what I am." she says, before heading out.

Hiroshi sighed to himself rubbing his temples as he closed and locked the door. If he had some of the plot device level bull shit level tech that could kill off even deities for real, or item he'd be sorely temped to use it on the Overlord. They barely did anything and they already were a huge pain in the ass for his loved ones.

'We'll have to go first thing in the morning, I think I'll need your help on what to say when we do because I honestly don't know what to say to them. In the mean time what did you mean by your earlier comment?'

"We... should talk... face to face..." the Obliterator grumbles "There is... something I need to tell you... in person... poison... works best..." he grumbles again.

Hiroshi hated doing that. 'If knew this was going to be a thing and had a second wish would of wished for a easier way.' He really didn't like doing this but whatever, it had to be done. 'Does this mean we have to go all the way to a holy place? Last time it took a few days so we might miss the chance to talk Taki down.' He pointed out.

"Yes... you Need to find a holy place..." he growls "Bring your guns..." he snarls "And the reason it took so long.. was because I needed to repare the damage... with poison... it is faster and easier..." he points out.

Hiroshi grunted, taking some cleaning chemicals together and putting them in a bottle. It felt like he was some morbid and edgy video game or something. Never the less he locked the door after bringing his guns to find a abandoned church that didn't have anyone around, including homeless people. Hopefully there was some way around this some day.

Once he found a place that was comfortable, he reluctantly took the home made poison to do its job and see what Ra wanted to talk to them about.

When Hiroshi wakes up, he was back in the palace. Only, it looked different, like it had been attacked. Statues had fallen, doors were knocked down or busted in. It was a general mess.

One of the hand maidens was there to escort Hiroshi to Ra. He was on his balcony, looking out at the raging battle "Hiroshi, welcome, welcome." he turns. He didn't look so good. He seemed ro have aged at least ten years since they last saw each other and he looked sick "Forgive my lack of hospitality. The darkness had gotten in and had done some damage." he says.

The forces of the Obliterator had doubled since Hiroshi was last here "We're losing this battle. With the re-emergence of the Oni Overlord, his darkness is fueling their darkness and making them stronger. I can still hold out, but you need to surround yourself with the light of righteousness or love"

Ra starts to cough as he pulls out a embroidered handkerchief and covers his mouth. Once the coughing fit ends, he quickly outs it away, there was blood on it that he was hoping Hiroshi didn't see.

Hiroshi frowned a bit moving closer. "What's happening to you? Is the Oni Overlord being around causing you harm?" He didn't think that was it, otherwise why would he be working with them?

Ra nods slowly "In a way. It's the darkness and evil that the Oni Overlord gives off that's the cause." he says "You see, I'm the very last of the good inside of the Obliterator. I'm the love he Still feels for his daughter. That love will never go away." he explains as an explosion can be seen beyond the gates.

"When I first came to you, I was in much worse shape, but after spending time around Taki and her friends, their love and innocents started to heal me." he continues "But now that it's gone, I am weakened and the darkness grows stronger. If it takes over, the Obliterator will become fully evil again and seek to take you over. Neither he nor I want that, which is why he sent you to me. Because he doesn't know how to stop it." he finishes.

Hiroshi was quite for a bit as he took that in. "What do you mean now that it's gone? Taki and her friends are still around unless you mean more then that. But as to what you said, it sounds like if something isn't done about the Overlord, its just a matter of time.."

He paused, and sighed. "..And if that's the case, how do we seal them in case the thing with Nixa doesn't work out? And if not that, how do we find a way to kill them for good? Everything I know that can do the job are things and people that don't exist because they're fictional."
