Personality: Matoto is a little spitfire! She's happy, adventurous and energetic. She's also quick to anger and likes to fight. She's sometimes overly hot headed and thinks she's the strongest Saiyan ever! Even though she knows she's not.

Powers: The more damage she takes, the stronger she becomes when she heals up. Can change into an Oozaru when she looks at a full moon. Super physical stats.

Restrictions: She needs to be almost to the point of death and recover in order to get stronger. If her tail gets cut off or the light from the moon stops shining, then she changes back to normal. Her physical strength is that of 1,200lbs, she's resistant to unarmed physical attacks, can preform strenuous activities for roughly five hours straight, and is quick enough to dodge most physical attacks if she sees them coming (this is all Without using any kind of Ki to enhance her physical abilities).

Special Moves:

Ki Blast: this is the basic low powered blast of energy.

Machine Gun Blasts: This is an attack that uses Ki Blasts to the extreme, multiple blasts at an accelerated rate.

Advanced Ki Blast: This is like a normal Ki blast, but Much more powerful.

Energy Flash: With this move, Matoto can send a wave of energy out in a wide ark to either use in Melee combat or block Ki blasts.

Ki charge: She uses this to charge her Ki hence making herself stronger. Thus she is able to attain her super levels.

Ki Senses: This allows Matoto to sense the energies of other people who aren't currently hiding their Ki energy.

Ki Concealment; Matoto uses this to hide her Ki from others, however those with a strong Ki sense can detect her.

Deadly Dance: Using her Ki energy, Matoto can empower her physical attacks and use them in a fast and brutal combination of punches and kicks.

Energy Bubble: With this move, Matoto can surround herself in a protective bubble of Ki energy. It can be used both offensively or defensively. She can add more power to sustain or strength it.

Empower Body: She uses this to empower her body making herself stronger and able to increase her speed, physical defense, physical attack and fly.

After Image Strike: By using multiple body flickers, Matoto can move so fast in many different spots to confuse her enemies.

Dimension Hop: With this mid level technique, Matoto can use it to travel from one point to another by warping the two points together and thus creating a single point between two locations to travel by. She can only use it to travel about ten feet at a time.

Super Moves:

Giant Orb of Justice: This is one of Matoto's ultimate attacks. She holds her hands up and gathers energy from the surrounding area and combines it with her own, forming it into a massive ball of energy that, if it hits it's target, can do a huge amount of damage. This move takes time to use effectively.

Super Nova: Matoto gathers a good amount of energy and suddenly release it in a massive AOE (Area Of Effect). This move is risky. If Matoto is low on energy, using the Super Nova could prove fatal to her.

Super Forms:

Oozaru: In this form, Matoto turns into a Huge great ape (with a long tail), and her power, strength, endurance and defense spikes ten fold. Her speed, however, plunges. She can only attain this form at the light of a full moon.

Super Saiyan: In this form, Matoto's hair goes wild and her attack, strength, power, defense, speed and endurance go up about fifty times what it normally is.

History: Matoto's history isn't a very happy one. She was born on the Planet Vegeta, as most Saiyan are and there, she was trained to fight when she was very little. All was the standard Saiyan life style. That was until everyone lost their Ki abilities!

It was at that time that Cooler decided to eliminate the Saiyans. The battle was fierce, Matoto's father had tried to get her to a space pod to get her as far away from Vegeta as he could, but during the battle, he was struck down right in front of her!

Matoto's shock and disbelief turned to rage. Blinding and white hot rage that was like nothing she had ever known. This was the catalyst that drove her over the edge of what a normal Saiyan's power is and transformed her into a Super Saiyan!

She quickly took care of those who sought her life, but she was still so badly outnumbered. So with tears in her eyes, she jumped into a space pod and bit farewell to her home, her father and her old life.

Now, she roams the galaxy trying to undo the evils of Cooler and the planet brokers. The battles get more and more intense, but she's sure it's nothing she can't handle!
