Abilities:

Multi-Spectrum Audio/Visual Augmented Reality Head's Up Display (displaying operator's status, as well as enemy status, night vision, x-ray, telescopic, thermal, scanning visor.

Suit Up-Graded Physical Stats: While in the armor, the user gains increased resistance and durability to all forms of physical damage. As well as the ability to lift 60 tons over head (this is pushing the suit to it's lifting limit and can only be sustained for five minuets.

Mental Resistance: The lining of the helmet is made from a special orihalcum metal, which is designed to absorb mental energies directed at the user. Powerful psychics, however, can still effect the user.

Mental Sensors: Lined within the helmet, under the orihalcum shielding, are sensors that can detect the brainwaves of the user and turn their thoughts into actions for the armor to preform.

Defensive Systems:

Compound Tritanium Armor - Tritanium is an ore that is known to be 21.4 times as hard as diamond. Highly resistant to most forms of firearms and common explosions.

Static Shield - This is a form of energy shield that can be used to block high impacts (such as explosives and the like). However, the greater the damage absorbed, the more energy it takes and the quicker the suit's power supply runs out. At full strength, it can withstand the force of a GBU-43/B Massive Ordnance Air Blast (M.O.A.B.) before shorting out. It should be noted that the Static Shield uses a lot of power.

Cloaking System - The Dragon Armor is equip with an cloaking system, allowing the user to bend light around it's self, rendering it almost completely invisible to the normal light spectrum. This uses a large amount of power on a separate power source and can only be sustained for ten minuets, before it drains it's energy.

Life Support - Life Support systems is the most crucial function aboard the Dragon Armor. This typically include Inertial Dampers and Atmospheric controls.

Rocket Boots and Repulsors - For sustained slight. Can go a maximum speed of mach 3 and is maneuverable enough to dodge missiles head on.

A.I. (artificial intelligence) - To monitor the condition of the armor and the pilot's health. As well as taking on more specific rolls with controlling the armor.

Micro Batteries - Onboard ammo batteries that allow for reloading of the various projectile weapons. This takes energy from the main supply.

Shoulder-Mounted Multipurpose Assault Launchers S.M.M.A.L. (2): These are two shoulder mounted micro launchers that can fire different types of projectiles, from rockets to tranquilizers.

Rate Of Fire: Can fire 6 (each launcher) micro rockets before needing to reload.
Payload: 50 rockets (of different types. From gas, to exploding, to sticky, to tranquilizers and even flairs.

Repulsors (2): Energy based flight stabilizers that can be used to shot a beam of concussive energy.

Maximum Effective Range: 75 yards.
Rate Of Fire: One shot every half second. Powered up shots take about two seconds.
Payload: Since this is an energy based weapon, it can keep firing until the suit runs out of energy.

High Yield Wrist Launcher (2): These are compact wrist launchers that can fire powerful mini missiles that hold a yield powerful enough to destroy a tank with a single shot. The yield can be dialed down.

Maximum Effective Range: 150 yards.
Rate Of Fire: Each launcher can fire one missile before needing to reload, which takes about 30 seconds.
Payload: Each launcher had ten missiles

Energy Blade: This is a hand held weapon that forms into a blade made of energy that is capable of cutting through most standard materials. However, the thicker the armor, the harder it is to cut through.

Maximum Effective Range: 91.44cm (around 3 feet)
Rate Of Fire: N/A
Payload: Can be used for a maximum of 12 hours before needing to be recharged. The harder an object is to cut through, the more power it uses.

History: The Dragon Armor was originally based off the Cyber-Dragon Armor that was originally created by Ness Burger for his friend Calvine Mort. After spending some time with the renowned cybernetic armor building genius, Anthony Edward (Tony) Stark. Ness sought to redesign the Cyber-Dragon Armor and after some tinkering and a Major redesign, Ness had put together the Dragon Armor.

I'm not sure if you're waiting for me if I have any problems with it but just to let you know, I leave all this stuff to you completely now. You won't really hear a peep from me.

I was not only waiting for any input, but for the right time to approve it. As of posting it, Ness hadn't put it together. Once he does, I'll approve it than.
