The Adventure Continues!

The patrol cruiser made it to Hyrule City, having run over a few walking skeletons along the way "Well, folks, you have a good time in Hyrule and stay safe." says one of the troopers as they take off.

It was night time in Hyrule City...or was it day? Because of the general nature of the mega city, certain levels of it seemed to be mired in constant night time. Silver lining? The rain couldn't get to them.

Amanda looks around "Alright, we're here. So what's our first move?" she asks "I would suggest a place to stay...but not here. This place looks a bit Too noisy and Very over crowded for my tastes." she says..

A beggar comes wandering over to Amanda "Please...could you spare a rupee or two? That's all I ask...than I can eat...it's been so long...." he says.

Amanda looks down to him "Tell you what, if you agree to serve me, I shall make sure you never go hungry, never sleep in the trash and never wear rags again." she states "Do we have a deal?" she asks with a gleam in her eye as she holds out her hand.

Adell wasn't sure what exactly Amanda's angle was but he decided to wait. There was also the fact Amanda might not be in Hyrule for good so it was a rather big promise. The saying 'if you teach a man to fish' proverb came to mind.

The man backs away from Amanda "Lady, you're crazy. I just wanted some money for food, not to become your slave." he says as he heads out, getting lost in the crowd.

Amanda chuckles to herself "Ah...Never fails. If they're too lazy to get a Real job, then they deserve whatever life has in store for them." she say as she looks to Adell "Now, I believe we were looking for a place to stay?" she asks.

Adell looked over the datapad again. "We'll, according to this there's some pretty decent apartments up ahead from here north. Failing that, some hotels so we'll head there. If its anything like back on earth, we'd need a lease and all that other crap to have a apartment anyway."

Amanda shakes her head "A 'Decent' apartment isn't good enough for us, I feel. We're staying here for the first time. I would like a Grand apartment." she declares.

"Let us go and find one of those. After such a long voyage, I feel the need to soak in a tube of cream." she says with a sigh of longing.

Adell then remembered that Amanda had more then a bit of money so he shouldn't be Too concerned about it. Still, he was always careful with how he budgeted stuff. Taking a look at the map, he showed it to Amanda. "According to this, there's some better ones up ahead. It shouldn't take Too long to get to."

Amanda nods "Good. Let us be off. I tire of standing around here, looking like an outsiders, drawing everyone attention by wearing this blasted pin." she grumbles.

Sure enough, the pins that Adell and Amanda were wearing, were getting looks from a lot of the people who passed them by. Even some of the guards gave them stern looks.

It didn't take them long to find a 'Grand Hotel', in Amanda's opinion and this was one Grand hotel. Amanda wanders in, a bell hop asking if they had luggage to attend to. Amanda said they didn't, since it was all in her hand bag.

The hotel concierge "Welcome to the Golden Goddess Hotel. How may I help you this night?" he asks, a pleasant smile on his face. Amanda took note that his eyes glossed over their pins as well.

Adell decided to get to the point. "We're looking for a room. How much does it cost per day?"

The hotel concierge nods "Of course. The prices of our rooms differ, depending on the size of the room you wish to check into." he says.

"We wish the biggest and most spectacular room this hotel has and if there's someone else in it or if they have it reserved, handle it." Amanda says.

The hotel concierge taps his computer "We do, in fact, have the best suite open. It's the Goddess suite and it's sixty-seven thousand rupees per night. However, it's the entire top two floors and comes with six master bedrooms all complete with a hundred and thirty inch-ultra high definition TV, real surround stereo and master bathroom. A library, a full bar, a swimming pool and Jacuzzi, a full gym and complimentary meals with room service included." he explains.

Amanda nods slowly when he finishes "We'll take that." she says as she rummages through her bag and pulls out a Hylian bank card and hands it to Adell "I have a feeling that sixteen year olds can't check into a hotel." she says.

Good thing they had Amanda's money or they definitely would be up a creek as it was.

Adell took the card so he could pay for it, it was still pretty damned expensive but hey if they could afford it why not splurge a bit for once? "A bit random but how long has this hotel been around?"

The hotel concierge thinks for a bit as he gets everything ready for Adell "I would have to say fifteen, maybe twenty years. Not nearly as long as some of the other hotels." he says.

He slides a special data pad over to Adell "Please sign here and scan your card here and I'll get you your keycards and escort you to your room, personally." he offers "It's not everyday we rent out the Goddess suite."

It didn't take too long for Adell to sign off what was needed and do the rest before passing it back. "Thanks, I would apperciate it. And not surprised, this place is more on the pricy side but its for a reason."

The hotel concierge nods "Indeed. The King and Princess of Hyrule have even stayed in the Goddess suite on an occasion." he says as he leads the two to the elevator. Once in, he presses his finger to a thumb scanner and presses the top floor button.

It doesn't take the elevator long to get to the top floor. Less than a minuet, considering how big the hotel was. The doors open and The hotel concierge walks into the hall and turns, holding out two key cards. Both had a small thumb scanner on them, so all Adell and Amanda needed to do, was swipe their key cards in the elevator and it'll take them and other authorized staff to their rooms.

The hotel concierge bows "We hope you enjoy your stay and should you need anything, please feel free to give the front desk a call and we'll take care of any order you may have." he says as he heads back down.

Amanda looks around and nods "Yes. We approve of this." she says "This is the hotel room I had in mind." she says as she heads upstairs to pick a room.

Adell was impressed by the hotel, it had been his first time ever being on anything like this. He really couldn't wait until he was able to explore Hyrule a bit more and see what else was out there. After that? We'll, he'd cross that bridge when they got to it.

"I haven't really explored your mother's realm or anything but I was just wondering something. Is there any races that live there besides Fiddlesworth race??"

Amanda looks over to Adell, the question catching her by surprise "Besides Chaos Demons? Well, sure. There are the summoned creatures and a whole village of Humans." she says as she finds her room "Why do you ask?" she asks,

"No reason really just curious." Adell handed the datapad to Amanda. "Here. After we're done exploring here a bit I'll let you pick where we'll be going next in Hyrule."

Amanda scrolls through the data pad, looking at all the locations "I believe I would like to see this 'Lake Hylia'. It looks interesting to me." she says, then looks to one of the windows. The raging storm was back in view "However, it will probably have to wait until this storm clears up." she mumbles with a frown.

"No kidding. It's getting ridiculous at this point. Anyway since you found your room I'm going to get to mine. It should be 203 just across if you need anything." Adell wasn't picky so he wouldn't care too much even though it would of course be a nice room. He really just wanted to lay down and relax.

Amanda nods "Then I bid you a goodnight." she says as she heads into her own master bedroom. Exploring the rest of Hyrule might have to wait until they've had a chance to see the rest of the city. According to the map, Hyrule City was Massive. Easily over fifty miles across. She would love the chance to fly across it, if these damn pins hadn't nulled her power. Still, she could summon creatures and enhance her strength. So she wasn't totally helpless.

Adell got into his room and proceeded to take a shower, after that he dressed down to boxers so he could head to bed. He wasn't too tired but there was lack of things to do and he wanted to be rested for tomorrow. Still he wondered what was up with that storm.

"Lady Regina had it follow Amanda from the main land in Earth Realm, causing what chaos it could so she would have at least a little dominion in Hyrule." says goth girl demon from before.

"You see, Hyrule is home to three Very powerful Creation Goddesses, even more so than Mistress Regina, and the only way she could come to Hyrule without getting on their bad sides, was to create something that she could get some kind of influence from..." she explains, sounding bored.

She heaves a sigh that sounded like she was moving the world "It's not much, since she's still in Their domain, but it's enough for her to keep an eye on her daughter." she mumbles, as if not caring.

Adell was a bit surprised the goth woman appeared out of thin air, again but at same time not. "Huh. We'll I guess that makes some sense. Even divine people have their own politics."

She shrugs "Meh. I couldn't care less about politics. Lady Regina asked me to tags along and keep an eye on her daughter when her storm blew it's self out, so, I suppose that's what I got to do." she says with an annoyed sigh.

Adell shrugged a bit. "Me neither. I'm just going to concentrate on getting some sleep. You're welcome to stay here or in Amanda's room."

The demon shrugs "How about I grab one of the other four master bedrooms and see about getting some rest myself. The trip over was a total drag." she says as she wanders out.
