Special Moves:

Shadow Decoy: Simply put, he creates a 'copy' of himself to distract opponents. While it does look like him, it can't do any damage and will disperse with even a moderate hit so its only useful for distraction. Can make about two.

Empower: Empowers his physical hits with his natural energy to do a bit more damage.

Shadow  Shape: Creates a weapon based off of shadow energy, once again strength and durability. In addition he can make other solid contstructs, up to including wings which to fly/glide on.

Arc Slash: Creates a visible dark slash that travels in a straight line in a attempt to cut the opponent.

Shadow Ball: A ball mdde of darkness, does moderate damage.

Shadow Trap: A spin off of shadow ball, except it does no damage on contact. Instead it closes in on them if hit and attempts to crush them or just keep them still if capturing. It's based off his own strength so like with most things may hold well, or not at all depending on the strength vs him to the opponent.

History:

Devon can't remember his parents, but he assumed they died or were unable to take care of him. All he can remember is being from one place to the next with not having a real home of his own for quite some time. During those forming years, he did manage to form particularly strong bonds with a few fellow children, many who ended up joining the miltary together to make something of themselves.

The only family he's truly had has been his unit and they treat each other as such.
